Well, the ATF finally got off their lazy ass and approved my Form 4. Went and picked up my Vox S this morning. I'm now a proud suppressor owner. Ordered a KeyMo hub for it and hoping to order a muzzle device tomorrow.

Democrats are worse than zombies, they get shot in the head and don't die.His wife, Gabby Giffords, got shot. He has a particularly strong hate for guns as a result.
Colt/Okay/NHMTG, Magpul, D&H, and weirdly enough old "tactical PTFE black followers" Bushmaster mags should seat on a closed bolt with all 20 rounds without issue. the key is not the magazine body or follower but the spring itself being a little too heavy than what should work properly. swap the spring (or invert it) and this should fix the problem unless the spring is too long, then you either have to trim it or get a different spring. Armalite AR-15 waffle mags and early Colt "AR-15" magazines were really hit or miss depending if they had the shiny or matte follower (dark green or gray being better than either). the later Colt rampant pony AR-15 magazines were fine as were both Sendra and Adventure Line, but those were really rare for 20 rounders and more 30 round ones.Has anyone found 20 round mags that actually can be loaded to 20 and easily inserted on a closed bolt?
Nah, I have the teardrop fidget button edition.

If you shoot a lot of steel over an extended period it can damage your firearm. It may be cheaper but in my personal opinion its not worth it, get brassDoes anyone have good suggestion for steel/aluminum case made in the US that's cheaper than brass? Wrote before a big vympl fan but those are gone from the SMO/war. If nobody sells it maybe I gotta convince the guys in Vietnam to sell me the old machinery lmao.
Figured I should stock up (more) since we'll be going full election retardation again soon.
Unless it's made for steel. Eastern bloc surplus stuff can eat steel all day.If you shoot a lot of steel over an extended period it can damage your firearm. It may be cheaper but in my personal opinion its not worth it, get brass
762x39? Bro just go on ammoseek and find the cheapest option thats not telammo and load up.Does anyone have good suggestion for steel/aluminum case made in the US that's cheaper than brass? 20 round pmags
Arredondo +3 base pads on glock 17 mags.
I've read that it's mostly because the case doesn't expand and seal as well as brass, so steel runs dirtier in general. That, and the corrosive stuff is pretty self explanatory for why it's bad, but are there any other concerns? More direct force on the bolt compared to *brass? Harder on extractors? If you shoot a lot of steel over an extended period it can damage your firearm. It may be cheaper but in my personal opinion its not worth it, get brass
Glock mags are already pretty cheap. Magpul Glock mags are OK, but not as good as OEM.On the subject why did it take Magpul so long to come out Glock mags? Was I just not paying attention that month or something? We had the KCI Koreans (not terrible imho) before we had Magpul for Glock didn't we? US mechanical patent is still like what, 8 years? Magpul makes the most mags for the most popular rifle in the world and then they drag heels for making some 17/22 compatables? Do I have my timeline wrong here?
Agreed. I've seen people say Magpul's Glock mags are trash, but I've got a bunch of them and use them at the range, and they've never given me any problems. I carry with OEM mags, though. Magpul's Glock mags do feel oddly cheap. Very strange considering how nice their other mags are.Glock mags are already pretty cheap. Magpul Glock mags are OK, but not as good as OEM.

for what cartridge? generally the price of labor increases the ammunition cost in the US almost regardless of material. aluminum cased ammo was intended to be very inexpensive compared to steel or brass, but it may as well not be. just buy steel case for firearms intended to use steel case from friendly countries where the cost of labor is cheap enough to make importing the ammunition worthwhile.Does anyone have good suggestion for steel/aluminum case made in the US that's cheaper than brass?
none that you can get. Igman is primarily selling their ammo local to Serbia for the war effort against russia, Tulammo and Barnaul aren't imported to the US anymore and some companies that produce it outside of the RUF (PPU, . Wolf sources from a bunch of places so maybe that can be an option. the very cheap steel cased RUAG you will never get ahold of either, but you see the zinc plated steel case pop up sometimes. then there's reasonably cheap brass from CBC (Brazil/Magtech), or PMC (Korea) as well. polymer cased ammo is still fairly expensive. Tela is good steel case 7.62x51mm from Azerbaijian but that's a bit spotty since they aren't as western friendly as Armenia and they have a current border dispute between each other and are reigning in supplies for that. ZQI, GGG, et c are all going to ukraine for the war effort and what is exported isn't particularly cheap either, at least not on the level of "blasting" ammo.7.62x51.
yes and no. are you a racegun enthusiast or need extremely high precision fit for a string of fire before packing up after getting your bullseye points? Is using lapping compound to smooth the fit between slide and frame ever a good idea?
they're good range mags, but the proliferation of OEM mags for cheap in the market makes them rather pointless. they also have a tendency to not perform well (in my experience) in some glock-magazine carbines. they also aren't metal-reinforced, but then again, modern polymer technology makes that somewhat of a non-issue these days. it isn't the 80's any more where the OEM all-polymer glock mags cracked apart.Magpul's Glock mags
I have a bunch and they're fine in my experience. The only thing I've ever seen with them is they can gum up if you're running a shitload of dirty steel cased ammo at a multi-day class or something, but they clean up fine.Agreed. Description says “stainless steel alloy”here's a more interesting question: Magpul offers aluminum P320 magazines.
i bought 5 to see how they are at the range and shoot house. pray for me, this is a brave new world. soon the all-metal glock will come out and be cast into the sea, wounding the Beast as he rises, the blood of the dying old world healing him during the End of Days.
