More post-jail sightings megathread

Why dosent Chris have access to the internet?
I cant see how the group home can keep him off the internet he can just go to some library.
If he has money he can buy a phone.
Probably all of his twitter and fb accounts got banned after he hot arrested, so he has to make new official/non annonymus ones.
. . . Which would then mean the group home would get to know about it. . . Huh.

He's probably under some sort of supervisory court order to not be online. That means no computers at the facility, no purchasing a cell phone, no sharing with anyone else.
In his first outing post-jail, he was attempting to buy a Flash drive. Plus he found out which gaming shops existed and which days were Magic the Gathering events. Points to the possibility that there's a communal computer at the Care Home where access is supervised, and Chris wanted a way to store his files as obviously if he can't create any online accounts, he can't use cloud storage, and its likely any space he has on the computer to save files is limited.

So basically enough access to use word processor, MAYBE play a game depending on the size and speed of the flash drive, but going on twitter or Facebook is going to get the notice of the admins in the facility

It's been hashed out over and over that Chris didn't use the internet to commit his crime, and even pedophiles and hackers that do have appealed and shown that they can't be constitutionally banned from the internet. Besides, why wouldn't the courts want Chris online, so he can't further incriminate himself? They'd like that.

So bottom line, there is absolutely no reason the court would or even could ban Chris from the internet. If he isn't online, it's by his own volition, perhaps on the advice of Heilberg, or by Gateway house rules, but there is nothing legally prohibiting him!

The only way I could see that happening is if he either agreed to it, and I can't think of a single reason they would even ask for it, or possibly if they decide that it's a threat to his mental health and make it a part of his treatment plan, another thing I can't think of a reason they'd do.

An Internet ban would also be a terrible thing for any job search he'd do, although I seriously doubt he would even pretend to do such a thing without being forced, much less sincerely doing it.

The home might also have computers or internet that blocks access to certain websites, like social media platforms and so on, or they might not even have given Chris the WiFi password. Since homes are free to set their own policies, knowing Chris' history of making an ass of himself on the internet probably means that any internet access he gets at the tard ranch is probably severely limited and monitored. While Chris might not be able to be legally kept from the internet everywhere from the standpoint of the law, private institutions are also under no obligation to provide on-site internet to their residents, especially for people with diminished capacity like Chris.

Also, Chris might not have the full suite of privileges there yet that other residents have, simply because his future of being at that place might be uncertain after his August hearing. For all we know, he could be packed up and shipped to some other retard storage center upon their findings during court.

As an aside, it is a bit strange that nobody has uploaded any videos on YouTube or somewhere featuring people trying to talk with or interview Chris, so I do wonder if he is accompanied by minders not far off to chase away or apprehend weens.

my guess at this point is that chris is banned from the internet outright. he is allowed to have his video games and stuff of that nature but he must be under very strict supervision. his room at the group home must get checked daily and if there is any internet at the home it is behind a password which chris is not allowed to know. i dont think this will last forever since i assume this internet ban is like parole for him. but time will tell.

Archived it. (retards should've done it sooner)
And another post by the same guy. (archived)
Chris just told me my dog was very cute 😭😭😭

Won’t say where, but similar to where they’ve been sighted in May. Was walking my dog and a person in leggings and a jeans skirt said “That is just the cutest dog!” and I immediately recognized their voice. I was shook and just told them “thank you!” but I feel so blessed.

I couldn’t believe it at first but after coming here and seeing recent photos it was definitely Chris. Had the blue / gold stripe Adidas too. They were wearing a hat and face mask with some pretty thick glasses so face was totally obscured.
I wanted to go ask for a pic after I confirmed their identity but, seemed like they didn’t want to be recognized based on the outfit. They were also with two women I’ve never seen in any video. Family or handlers I assume. They got into one of two white vans that was transporting them and their group of people. Not sure what that was about really.

Haha, I’m getting over a bad cold so if they smelled I thankfully was spared by my blocked nostrils.

One was a younger woman in a power chair. The other was a middle aged lady who I do think was some sort of support staff. The vans didn’t have any logos unfortunately.
They got Ben and Jerry’s ice cream together lol. So I guess normal enough to be enjoying some sweet treats with his new gal pals 🤣🍦

Haha, well one was definitely a fellow roommate at the facility if that’s truly where Chris is up to. She was younger and in a power chair. I didn’t really look to close at her. I saw him with the two ladies as I was in my car leaving the place. Chris was alone when we had our brief interaction.
The other lady was middle aged with dark brown or black hair and very tan skin. I believe she was an employee if chris is indeed at some sort of home.

So that’s one reason I initially questioned if it was chris. I did see some longish strands of maybe blue / dyed hair but didn’t seem as long as I’d seen previously. That and no sonichu medallion but from what I’ve read here today it may be tucked underneath.
Edit: most of their hair was in a hat.

It’s shit. Even down home in North Carolina it’s bad but a tad worse in VA. Looked like silent hill at times.

Oh good point. I did see a guy standing around the van when chris got in but he also seemed to work there. The various younger people I saw around the van, pretty sure they were female. However I first noticed the vans and group of people around them prior to the interaction so I wasn’t paying particularly close attention.

There is definitely some hair. I think it may be mostly in a bun under the hat

Just some rescue mix. We did a dna test and I remember chihuahua and shin tzu specifically but there were a few other breeds as well.

OP7 points·4 days ago

Fwiw chris didn’t ask / attempt to touch her or anything. Just gave her a compliment and kept moving. Another reason I doubted my initial reaction they it may have been chris. It was an insanely normal interaction minus the way they dressed.

My dog had sex with one of her (not by blood) siblings so there’s an unofficial incest connection between her and Chris.

CardboardJoJo
OP39 points·4 days ago

I can’t say for sure given out very brief interaction but chris seemed to be in good spirits and appeared to be enjoying zipping around the various stores at the outlet.

CardboardJoJo
OP40 points·4 days ago

Yeah I was worried I would regret not asking for a photo w them or telling them I was a fan but I really don’t. Not that I truly care what chris thinks of me but I’d feel like a jerk if I turned a positive interaction into a negative one if they really don’t want to be recognized.

I can only confirm ice cream 🍦

CardboardJoJo
OP19 points·4 days ago

I think they’re legit Adidas Ultra Boosts that just happened to be the color they wanted.

CardboardJoJo

OP15 points·4 days ago

I didn’t. I knew their voice before I looked up (was looking down at my dog because she’s a little skittish) but because of the hat / big glasses / mask I couldn’t tell for sure if I was mistaken. I wanted to ask in that moment but on the more likely chance it wasn’t actually Chris I didn’t want to risk mistaking some poor innocent soul as chris chan.
Imagine the blow to your self confidence if someone mistook you for CWC 💀
Once I came to this board and saw recent pics and realized the shoes were a perfect match I couldn’t bring myself to interact with them after spotting again and observing for a bit. They didn’t seem to want to be recognized so despite the great opportunity I didn’t want to be a douche bag. Well, more than posting this info online anyway.

Wish I could but I did not notice it when I had an up close view. There was so much going on between the hat, face mask, crazy ass outfit, sneakers, and complimenting of my dog that the finer details went under the radar.
My personal option / guess is no. It looks too small to be an ankle monitor. But on the other hand wtf else could it be.

CardboardJoJo
OP32 points·3 days ago

The interaction was so brief I couldn’t say from that. My wife said he walked weird which is true. It was almost like a springy / stompy kind of walk. I don’t really know if that’s indicative of anything but it was more awkward looking than I recall seeing his gate in any video.
Total speculation but, it did stick out a bit. At least to my wife who thankfully is not into this shit at all and wasn’t in awe 🤣

Since homes are free to set their own policies, knowing Chris' history of making an ass of himself on the internet probably means that any internet access he gets at the tard ranch is probably severely limited and monitored. They probably don't have some deluxe Internet cafe like setup anyway, so they might limit the use of the resources they do have to things like job searches and dealing with medical issues. That said he probably qualifies for an Obamaphone and has money to buy his own cheapass TracFone, so he probably can access the Internet to some extent even without that.

And he's probably also allowed to go to the library, which almost certainly also has some kind of Internet access. He's exactly the kind of weird, smelly pervert who usually seems to be hogging library Internet these days anyway.

Chris is legally innocent until proven guilty, so he got in while the case is ongoing, but when he gets off with time served, he'll be convicted and no longer eligible for the house
That is not how diversion cases work. As always, assessing his actual situation is speculative, but the "autism loophole" in Virginia's law appears to operate like a traditional diversion program, which means that, assuming successfully meeting the conditions, the person is not convicted.

That's the whole fucking point.

From the actual statute: "Upon violation of a term or condition, the court may enter an adjudication of guilt; or upon fulfillment of the terms and conditions, the court may discharge the person and dismiss the proceedings against him without an adjudication of guilt." (emphasis added)

Translated, you get put in a probationary status; there is technically full discretion on disposition, but generally speaking, if you meet the terms of the probation, then you will not have a conviction on your record.

As an aside, it is common that the agreement provides that your interaction will not show up - assuming completed, etc. - in a formal background check of official records. Of course, these days, and especially for Chris, that's all but irrelevant, but that is what is supposed to happen. In reality, that stuff will often still show unless/until you follow up on it.

It really looks like Chris is in clover. He can carry on just like before, only now he has accessible young women on hand. Great work, court and health system. The tard gets rewarded for breaking the law once again.
Reminds me of the final days of a historical lolcow, Marquis de Sade.

Oh, he could go to the library, but even then, libraries have time limits for computer use for their patrons, and Chris might not be able to go there without a minder from the home making sure he is not causing trouble for other people at the library or is watching what websites he is going to.

He didn't have one at the Wal-Mart.

Grouphomes do have access to computers, internet, and other devices such as consoles but if there is a court order against Chris then staff would supervise him at all times.

There is almost certainly no such court order. Why? His crime that he is accused of and yet not convicted of has nothing whatsoever to do with the Internet.

If Chris was accessing the internet it would most likely be through a communal PC that everyone shares.
