Considering he was last known to be in a hospital and/or in federal custody, it seems unlikely the relevant people wouldn't know immediately. Whether they'd do anything immediately, I don't know. It's not like he'd get any less dead.In my mind, I thought the sequence would have gone something like this:
1. Nathan's attorney learns he's dead and gets a death certificate.
2. Nathan's attorney contacts the prosecution and tells them that Nathan is dead.
3. Nathan's attorney files the death certificate in court or sends it to the prosecution.
4. The prosecution drops the charges. Case closed.
Has his attorney been informed, or do we not know for sure?
