Zero percent for his trial. No one to testify about the video. It's different than the video of Nick w/ coke on his nose or picking sores on arms where an expert describes the behavior. They will absolutely use it to determine pleas and strategy, though. They will have watched Barnes nonsense on hair follicle testing. Nick publicly insinuating that the county prosecutor/KCHHS lied to the court or the cops planted drugs is not going to get them to use their discretion in a way favorable to Nick. Nick is the kind of dickhead that would verbally berate cops prior to arrest and then request to be handcuffed with hands in front and not understand why they don't. I can hear Nick at a plea deal negotiation with the lady prosecutor: "Listen hear you vodka dripping cunt, statistically non-violent 1st time drug offenders get no jail time. It's weird and funny that you think I deserve 3 years of hard time for the drugs you planted in my house and cocaine you rubbed into her hair? And if I don't agree to 3 years, you're going to ask for 7 years at trial even though you have the discretion to request no jail time? I'll see you next tuesday."So, I skimmed through rapidly everything since the highlight for Nicks interview, I'm probably blind and this has been asked before, but what're the odds this dumbass interview is used in court against him? 100%? 105%?
Another use may be pre-trial stuff when judge makes decisions about what's admissible. Nick on stream today tried the "my clients were denied access to their lawyer" insanity. Particularly, he's going to try and use that to get Kayla's "April is our live-in nanny" statement tossed. Nick on the stream then demonstrated his complete lack of understanding of both unwaivable conflict as well as what the right to an attorney means as well as Nick stating not having an attorney wasn't that big a deal for him. Rekieta's next admitted that LE properly stopped questioning Kayla after she invoked right to remain silent. Had Nick just kept his mouth shut, the defense attorney might argue that KCHHS, represented by the county prosecutor, is LE and the questioning was improper and should be suppressed. But Nick vouched that it was all good.
His house strategy was another one. April living in the other house and brought up in superchats gives clues to KCHHS and LE. Suddenly both houses are subject to inspections. Hardly any effort required when he does the leg work.
