TL;DW for Sean's stream:

White's motion is utter dogshit. Warrant argument is crap. Gun argument is crap. Suppression of April's statements might have legs (the only part of this asswipe of a motion that might). Sean found it interesting that her exact statements made after being mirandized aren't included the motion. As if they are REALLY bad for Nick, and plays into why he doesn't want the bodycam footage getting out.

There was also much mirth about Nick deleting the cokestream off YouTube and Rumble. Sean thinks the judge might draw a negative inference from that.

Parts about Aaron were dumb, mostly irrelevant, and likely Nick jerking himself off.

After reading Nick’s motion. I have a strong suspicion that it was written by him and his attorney humored him by “editing” and filing it. Clients like Nick are the worst. They pester you to do it *their way* and won’t let up until you file a fruitless motions like this. The motion being filed close to the hearing date makes me think it was rushed out by Nick after his attorney gave in to his pestering. Nothing wrong with a motion like that close in time to the hearing date but it is going to piss the court off, if anything. It clearly wasn’t something painstakingly researched / well cited.

Also the inclusion of the babble about gay boy Aaron is likely residual seething. The full and largely irrelevant quotes (even to Nick’s absurdist argument) telling Nick to rope seems to me like something Nick would imagine makes Gayboy Aaron look bad. But it is irrelevant as his lovers credibility doesn’t seem to be at issue regarding the warrant.

There will also probably be some bogus motion regarding the reliability of those drug tests later on as well. He was talking about reading a bunch of medical articles and cases regarding those tests. There’s a 0% chance he does not force his attorney to challenge the reliability of the most basic and reputable drug tests because he now KNOWS they are scientifically WRONG!

I hope he is not firing this attorney for not doing “enough.”

All of the defendants have reason to lie if they take the stand and their lawyers will be trying to create confusion even if they don't. Aaron can rebut those lies because he was there and directly observed actions and conversations. He's the only non-defendant adult who has that direct knowledge.

I think its doubtful any of them would take the stand and if they did, it would be a suicide move even without Aaron's testimony. I think Aaron's only use in the case as a witness would be if Nick's attorney were foolish to put on a defense specifically claiming that they were Aaron's drugs.

Yes. There are situations where Aaron could testify usefully, but in my opinion they all involve legal suicide options by Nick. I would like to think he wouldn't do any of those options. But given his track record, he may actually pull the pin on one of them.

And of course all those situations would be very entertaining.

You know, thinking about Nick's bizarre insistence on things like a conspiracy against him, his obsessive need to correct the record, and the fact that he's a lawyer all remind of Robert Telles, a Nevada lawyer who ran for public office, treated his employees like shit, and murdered a journalist. "Based" I can already hear you typing, but hold your applause; Telles is a faggot.

I don't remember the story perfectly, but as I recall there was this guy, Jeff German, who typically covered corruption cases and mafia shennanigans in Vegas. An anonymous whistleblower decided to pass German receipts that Telles was abusing his employees and granting favors to one which he was fucking, and German decided to break the story. Naturally this destroyed Telles's campaign.

So Telles, naturally pissed, began to obsess over German, making several passive-aggressive posts about him on twitter, taking German's continued coverage of the developing scandal as a personal attack on his character as opposed to reporting the plain facts of the case. Eventually, he disguised himself in a raincoat and a sombrero and stalked German, before stabbing him to death. Apparently he also wanted to do the same to the person who beat him in the election but failed miserably.

As it turns out, Telles was also a heavy drinker and while he never strapped an abominable, arcane sex toy to his nutsack, he would beat the fuck out of his wife at the slightest provocation.

I'm not entirely sure where I'm going with this, but suffice it to say that I think if Null moved back to the US, Rackets would murder him with an ice pick.

He reminds you of Nick because that guy was also an NPD scumbag.

If the pipes under that house are iron like the ones coming into the home, updating those on a property that size is going to be very expensive. Not sure what the acidity of the soil is in that area but be willing to bet those pipes need to be updated to PVC.

I have only dealt with with limestone based hard groundwater (which effects the nearby city's water situation as well) and that iron rich shit in Minnesota seems like a whole new nightmare. Would recomment replacing all of the plumbing while replacing the well water systems because Crackets has probably fucked it all up through neglect, like so many things he has done.
