Balldo Nicholas Robert Rekieta / Rekieta "Law" / @NickRekieta - Polysubstance enthusiast, "Internet shock jock" not-allowed-to-practice abortionist "lawyer", swinger, "whitebread ass nigga", snuffs animals for fun, visits 🇯🇲 BBC resorts. Legally a felonious, copyright cuck. End-stage career failure: normies know.

Then worst of all for Nick, they probably interviewed him. I'm sure he told the person the "full story" of what happened that he has been promising to tell us. And worst of all, the person doing the PSI might have looked at Nick's social media and streaming activity over the past year. In particular his comments on judges, his attacks on law enforcement & CPS and his general argument that he never did anything wrong.

What's the over/under on times Aaron was mentioned in this interview? A dozen?

Can't believe actual justice has been served. Praise the Lord! Last time I felt this way was ironically watching Nick stream the Rittenhouse verdict.

Even if he doesn't actually serve the jail time, 5 years probation and 80 hours of community service is still in excess of what I and many others predicted.

Really, it's the probation that will fuck him in the end. I don't think he'll make it. The fuse has been lit.

The reporter Wil Herren tweeted that Rekieta's sentencing came as a surprise to him because "a source" (probably Rekieta himself) told him that he would not face any jail time. He then retweeted Rekieta announcing his new show.

That might be a swipe at Sean.

He must have really made an impression in the sentencing interview.
I think he fucking bombed it. I think if we ever got that PSI report, it would look like shit.

Look, Nick is an arrogant son of a bitch. I think he went in there thinking he'd outsmart all of them, and when he left they were thinking "man, fuck this guy." This is the result.

Tough titty, Nick. Humility might actually served you better. If you could ever show it. Judging by your stream announcement though, the answer is no. You can't. Good luck!

"Now Aaron, you should be going after him! He ate my go!"
"Yes, you've told me that multiple times now."

To be fair to Sean, his prediction was grounded in years of practical experience dealing with reasonably typical defendants.
Unfortunately, that doesn’t account for the extreme statistical anomaly that is Nick Rekieta’s complete fucking idiocy.

I think Sean deserves a mulligan on this one.
There is a statement about "deferral" of the jail sentence mentioning the probation department. I'm not exactly sure what that means but Sean could still be correct.

Nick must have interviewed like shit at his PSI. I agree the letters probably did him zero favors and kind of point in the "cult leader" direction more than anything.

I'm really interested to see if it ends up being "30 days of time deferred to August 1st if he behaves" or if it's "we get to come back on August 1st to see if Nick was a good enough boy to avoid 28 days in jail". Knowing nicks track record of interpretations - the judge probably theoretically has the power to waive the sentence before 8/1 so Nick is coping that it's totally gonna happen, just you wait and see. The order seems to say the first thing pretty clearly, but MN seems to have a way of not exactly saying what they mean.

That might be a swipe at Sean.
One would think that if it were referencing what Sean stated publicly during his livestream, there would be no need to refer to him as "a source."

As Wil seems to have been in private DMs with Rekieta for some time, I believe Rekieta was probably confident that his great speech would lessen his sentence.

Maybe. I wouldn't doubt Nick told everybody that.

Either way, Wil is an idiot.

Was "Hard work" and "prayer" the names for your cocaine bullet and cuck chair, Nick?
Nick really just thinks calling people fat constantly is an own rather than him being unable to say anything funny or original. Our stand up comedian everyone

Lawyers can do very well in prison because the other inmates try to get free legal advice. I’m sure Nick would even be able to fuck that up by being his charming self.
yeah but nick isnt a lawyer right now. CAN he give legal advice? Isnt it against the law to advise people on what they should do legally if you dont actually have your license for whatever reason?

That opens up a different question. Do you think the jail would be willing to let cuckets get his license back with the schooling/whatever he has to be doing? That comeback would be so fucking smug hed immediately get hooked on crack and go to federal prison just to balance it out.

It seems almost certain that the way Rekieta views the reporting as "incorrect/incomplete" is that people are saying he is sentenced to 30 days in jail, which he is, just that the sentence "may be deferred if compliant with probation".

In his view, that "may" may as well be a "will". And probably he's adding "regardless" before "if" there in his mind, too. In his mind, he's won already. We've seen this before. This is how he operates in every circumstance, not just his criminal case, not just the civil case, but EVERYTHING. Remember how smug he got eating that single Dorito when Rumble, according to him, simply emailed him back offering to discuss a new deal?

I expect Nick to brag about how it will 100% be deferred and will never happen. And he will continue acting like a complete moron and not realizing his asshole behavior and demeanor are why this case has gone so badly for him from the start.

The message in sending him to Cognitive Life Skill Training is: "You are an amoral sociopath with no social skills and no ability to deal with your own life who is still having a problem understanding that you are guilty."

He must have really made an impression in the sentencing interview.
I wonder what percentage of JD holders have to do that training as part of probation?

The truly awesome thing is that despite all of Nick’s best thinking landing him with a custodial sentence and half a decade of probation, it will still never dawn on him that he’s the problem.

This show has many more seasons in its future.
It's stunning. How can he still not get it? He tried to blame his intelligence for what happened? WHAT?

I like how Nick describing himself as "actually criminal" is in his drug-fried mind some kind of own.
He thinks he's owning Sean because Nick thinks he's more popular and can steal the (something)ly Criminal channel branding, but in reality he failed to learn that the courts have access to the Internet and will fuck you harder if you publicly make a mockery of them.

He has 30 days hanging over his head and now he's basically bragging that he's a convicted felon. He learned nothing, the courts will agree, and he WILL serve.

Wait—are you telling me that bragging about your kids, your donations, your driving habits, and your 11PM cooking sessions doesn’t demonstrate genuine remorse for financially fuelling America’s ever-worsening drug crisis? Nick is lucky to live in a blue state. Can you imagine if he did this in Texas or North Carolina?

I think your right on the money, Nick will use every semantic angle available to twist public perception. There is no room in his vocabulary for honest discussion or concession. He's not learned a thing. This junkie will relapse.

This Vanessa woman said he told the judge "people tell me I'm smart". The judge was not impressed.
