i've been playing the new pokemon game that got leaked (legends z-a) and it's kind of shit, still fun but gamefreak will always be dog shit devs. i would say it looks worse than the previous legends game released in 2022

I doubt most nintendo-haters are hate posting in the nintendo-thread unless they are still in the nintendo-ecosystem hence pirates.

Me I'm here hating because this thread went full MW2 Boycott steam group and it's funny but I'm not going to shit up the thread too much over it.

Wasn't the 2001 build unplayable, and the restoration project was required to really get anything going?

Anyway, you may be right about EB64, but at least it was playable at E3, unlike DNF.

It was playable but only a few maps had any real functional gameplay I recall. A lot of the others were just empty map environments with maybe some enemies.

It does seem that a lot of the scenes shown on that E3 trailer were designed just for it, and not really present in any of the actual maps. But it's been a few years since I last went through the leaked build.
 
Out of curiosity does anybody here actually use the community button to screenshare with your friends or just a useless gimmick?
 
Is there a 3rd party Switch 2 Joycon with a traditional dpad yet, and if so, what's the best one?

This would be like if people said that "PALWORLD FAILED, IT DIDN'T OUTSELL POKEMON SCARLET/VIOLENT ON DAY ONE!" when Palworld initially came out as if a game sales on the first day means anything before trying to determine if the game has legs after the first week's sales. I had pretty negative impressions seeing the leaks, but sloptubers act like it's the holocaust times 100 if it means they can get even 10 more views.

And it's overall annoying now. Console wars never end. It just evolved into Nintendo Hate Slop channels.
 
did they come up with a better way for me to pull screenshots/videos i take than broadcasting the switch as a wifi hotspot, connecting to it with my phone, going to a localhost webpage and downloading each individual picture/video then leaving me with the bag for how to transfer it to my PC/other devices?
 
It is really hard to find accurate reviews for Z-A. You have the haters that call it less than trash and fanboys that praise it to heaven and back. I will have to judge it for myself. It is true what they say, the only review you can 100% trust, is your own.

Sad that discourse has devolved into that.

Yeah, you can use a USB C to connect the Switch directly to your PC now.

Let me give an accurate review (and I don't even need to play the game).

Are you desperate for Pokemon game? Sure, get the game. Are you not obsessed with Pokemon? Buy literally anything else. Only X Factor is if you liked Legends and if you did and don't mind spending 60/70 bucks, go ahead I guess. We've done this song and dance enough. Its going to be the same low quality that has been indicative of Pokemon games on the Switch. You've seen the footage of the new battle system (which isn't much different from the last one). You know how this game is going to progress. The only actual question that matters is "How much do you like Pokemon" Its clearly not a bump in quality so, again, the only factor that matters is your love of Pokemon.
