There’s a lot of work done on sex ratios in various creatures, and in the pressure that can skew them one way or another. The fact it’s fifty fifty means that it works most optimally. Societies that have drifted away via female infanticide or war face significant social problems and the sex ratio is pressed back towards the mean over time. Fifty fifty is the most evolutionarily’fit’ ratio. If we could manage with fewer men nature would have already done that.

Unsurprisingly women make much better leaders because women are more responsible, show empathy to their employees instead of playing out some power fantasy and don't have random testosterone fueled tardouts or pick their employees based on who gives them the biggest boner/who they want to go golfing with.

Have you ever worked in a corporate environment? Men and women are awful as leaders in their own way. The ‘powerful’ women I’ve worked with were dreadful - petty, bitchy, snide, held grudges forever and worked to utterly destroy fellow female workers. The men express their awfulness with outright aggression, which is also bad, but if you think women high up in the corporate world are empathetic and effective leaders I’d like to know where you’re working so I can apply there. You don’t get high up the corporate tree without having your humanity removed, whether you’re male or female. I can count the number of ‘decent’ leaders I’ve encountered on one hand, and they’re split roughly fifty fifty. This is the same rubbish as ‘lady leaders dealt with Covid better’ to get people to simp for horrors like jacinda Arden

It’s a problem when girls are aborted - it leads to the societal impression that women are lesser, and resources going to males, then twenty years down the line shit there’s no women, ok now I have nothing to live for let’s overthrow the government. A huge cohort of men dying for example in WW1 and WW2 led to a significant change in fertility for a while. Women have less choice and thus settle for lower quality mates. Fewer men actually makes things worse for women because they have to compete mores

I got my cat back! After seeing everyone's responses to my last post, I decided on a course of action to get my cat back. Long story short, I was able to contact my daughter's ex and told him I would do what he asked, but it had to be at my house and I had to be able to see my cat first so I would know he had even brought her with him. He agreed and showed up at my house with my cat. As soon as he was in the house and I had possession of my cat, my boyfriend, (who is also my daughter's father), and my daughter's new boyfriend, both, came out of the bedroom and "nicely" escorted the ex boyfriend off of my property without further incident.

I don’t think I ever did ask if women could be what I am. I just went and did it. The scientists on TV were men and I never even considered a girl couldn’t do that.
