If females and males that age were not sexually attractive, there would be zero sex having, yet the complete opposite is true. I had more sex between 14-18 that in the rest of my life, and with like 5 times the people too. And I was a minor, a "child", allegedly.
No, the actual truth is that it's obvious that adolescent minors can be attractive, BUT we have to do our best to protect them from adults, the larger the age gap the bigger the problem.
