Well, not at first.

But the idiots were trying to run a black ops assassination mission over a public social media. Which the entire set of exchanges has been recorded. No way they're not going to trace it back to a set of exchanges with Jace's ugly mug plastered all over it. It's the most well documented covert ops fuckup in history as far as they should be concerned at this point.

Also it's possible Jace will calm down, eventually realize how fucked he believes he'll be if Eli rats him out to embassy or his parents, try to put some damage control on this. Jace might try hard as fuck to keep Eli away from anyone who can actually help him because it would mean it pointing back to him. Eli might end up there even longer if that happens. Pretty sure he isn't getting that xbox one.

Say he's still on the mission and wire him the money as if it didn't happen, convince him he'll get even more once he gets into Gaza. I feel like Jace will be willing to throw more money at this if he actually feels like it's his ass on the line too. The issue is how long before Jace realizes that this won't end well for him if Eli gets someone else to fly him home? By the time Jace figures this out Eli could have told his parents about Jace's stupid mission.

Edit: Did Jace just fucking tweet to Eli AND the embassy about Eli having secret plans and to delete the tweets? I don't know hwo twitter

No, Eli tweeted Jace and the Embassy about getting a plane "from these bitches." I'm still expecting Jace to feel "sold out" at some point.

EDIT: Or Jace will sell out Eli instead. Jace knows he's fucked now but damn he just keeps digging holes.
