So, if this is true:

Jada has a stick up her ass and no sense of humor and gets up herself at a joke made at her expense. Even though comedians roast others out of love. But whatever. She guilted Will Smith for laughing at a joke, because Jada is unable to laugh at herself.

Then he humiliated himself because of her. This woman needs to take a chill pill and learn how to find humor in things.

A thing that we've seen over and over again in US since the Great Society programs were implemented in the 1960's is the emergence of an artificial professional caste of blacks serving entrenched interests while supposedly speaking for everyone of that color. It's division and misdirection. They are also clowns that serve as lightning rods for criticism of cultural and political excess, allowing criticism to be dismissed as racist.

DID Chris even know that she had alopecia? Quite honestly? My reaction was, "they're making a sequel to GI Jane?"

Plus, it wasn't even that insulting, it's not like he said she'd never be Rapunzel or shit like that. I have shitty hair (anti-convulsants are a bitch), and it sucks, but freaking out about it only draws more attention to it. (No, I'm not bald) And it's not like she looks THAT BAD. She pulls it off pretty good.

(If you REALLY wanted to insult the Smiths? Mock their parenting skills)

The only things I think I've seen her in were from the 90s, like Scream 2 and the Matrix sequels, where she has incredibly short hair and it works.

The Scientology angle is an interesting one because apparently escalation, and even slapping, are key components of their techniques, but that's based off a tweet thread from a couple of days ago so I don't know how relevant that is.

The rest of the show was a painful wokefest, so in a way it's good that this is the only thing people will remember from it. But at least Jessica Chastain and Kenneth Branagh won deserved Oscars and The Power of the Dog only won one undeserved one. I mean, John Leguizamo actually said 'latinX', something the 'queer latina' who won supporting actress didn't even do.
