Tacos turned out amazing. I remembered the chipotle peppers this time (that @1Tonka_Truck recommended ), mashed them up, mixed them in and they added a lot of deliciousness. Put a bunch of the grease from the chicken in the shredded meat, too. Also used the bones and wing-tips and made some super concentrated stock. Way better than store bought. I generally hate soup but am going to use the stock for pasta
