As someone's who's watched KingCobraJFS for a very long time, the idea isn't.....bad, persay. It would just have to be done correctly and a little more complicated than normal.

Josh needs a house where he can just do whatever the fuck he likes, alright. He faces the threat of eviction constantly because he's loud, he sprays beer everywhere, he smokes inside and people send him aggressive homosexual dates and DoorDash. He's already getting harassed by internet retards and you'd be doing a cow an actual, somewhat life changing solid (Which I know you enjoy, you've got a good heart for it,) so this is already covered:

4. Handle being visited by trannies and antifa without doing anything stupid.
5. Handle being swatted by trannies pretty much constantly.

This part, however, is a little more complicated:

1. Answer the phone.
2. Scan my mail.
3. Forward my mail if requested.

It's true, Josh is fucking completely incompetent. At bare minimum, you could get him to answer the phone but the shelf life on that is probably a week.

If you floated "Giving Josh a free house where Clint doesn't need to field eviction calls every two weeks" to Clint, his father, Clint would definitely do all of this for Josh (He already handles the majority of his life) and happily so. If you floated it to Courtney his retard wrangler, she'd probably do that under the auspices of Josh just getting a free house, and she doesn't give a fuck about Troon Attack Squads. She gets attacked regularly by the fanbase already.

It's not an impossible prospect, but it could be a functional one with a little legwork and some logistics.

Edit: I won't say the entire idea is retarded but...it's a little radical. Understandably so when you're pushed to the point of desperation. People have made stranger ideas work before though.

The "buy a house" step seems unnecessary and more hassle than it is worth. Once you're a landlord, then anything that goes wrong becomes your problem, and you will have to hire someone local to do all the maintenance and repairs. And there will probably be a lot of repairs necessary to make the house habitable, if you are buying in a place where they practically give away property.

Is there no one on the forum willing to do it for $50 a month or something, without the rental arrangement?

There are probably still places where you can buy a small, shitty managed townhouse or condo/apartment unit for low rates, where you pay a small maintenance fee monthly and the building management has to deal with all of those issues. Still works as a legal address for company operation purposes. Also an apartment/condo unit lowers the risk of random nutjobs showing up at your door, as there's likely at least some security cameras around, plus neighbors.

It's far less likely you'd have a bunch of autists doing a "protest" of the farms standing in front of some condo building than you would if it was a house.

addition: It's true that condos have boards where protests against residents can be lodged, but those protests have to be made to those boards/HOAs by residents of the building themselves. And merely lodging a protest to a HOA or board saying the unit is an address for a legal US company conducting legal business, isn't likely to be enough since doing so doesn't cause damage or disrupt the surrounding residents. The bar for a condo board or HOA forcing a resident out is way higher than the bar for rental eviction is, because the person the complaint has to be lodged against is the property owner and has a lot more rights.

addition 2: You can also operate a unit like that as an airbnb to offset the cost of the mortgage, and just have someone living locally collect the mail or answer the cel phone tied to the address. Then they can remain anonymous and not even have to be living there. Mail would just go to the apartment mailbox.

I can't speak for the states you're looking at, but I recently did some state paperwork in WA and learned that there's a program for victims of domestic violence where the government will censor all public information about their identity and redact them from all public documents. If that works how I think it does, you may be able to have an anonymous agent if they meet the requirements of their state's protection laws.
