Really autistic one here, My pet peeve is that he never does any research on anything he plays to make it easier on himself. Any time he tries to play Street Fighter with people, for instance, he'll play the anniversary collection instead of Fightcade and have a much worse experience because of it.
Not that I would expect him to care, but you know how it is.

His lack of any financial competence at all. Whether it's budgeting correctly or putting anything into savings for emergencies. It's frustrating but also hilarious because one day the dent money will dry up and he will be begging on the streets.

If he had any financial competence we wouldn’t be here, he would have a paid off house, no bankruptcy, possibly wouldn’t be forced to the bottle all the time

He’d still be a lolcow but arguably not a front page featured forum cow.

If I thought that the 10k a month was going to investments, improving his house, nice car and a healthy retirement instead of gin and WWE champions I don’t think I would enjoy laughing at him nearly as much.

The horrible, fake-hype way he Tweets. All random capitalizations, exclamation marks and pretend excitement. It's at such odds with what a miserable snorefest his streams are.

"Come hang out with us for a CHILL and INTERACTIVE stream of GOD OF WAR RAGNAROK!! Support are LOW, so please consider HELPING out."

its probably most obvious in his dark souls/elden ring playthrough but the very very obvious guide reading and handholding he has through the playthroughs but tries so hard to hide it.

I'm sure it has to do with his project manager ahdult bizniss degree mindset that he reads guides and plots his schedule accordingly but don't insult peoples intelligence by pretending its him figuring it out on his own.

For me, it's whenever Phil tries to be a pseudo-intellectual on topics he tries to appear very familiar with, but fundamentally knows next to nothing about. You can see this a lot in his sports games playthroughs, where he says things like "This team would never win! That's so unrealistic!" But I've recently noticed that he tries to act like he's knows shit about guns when he obviously doesn't know anything at all. For example, he acts like it's impossible to be killed by a hand-gun at like 50 yards, and rants like it's the most outrageous thing in the world, when in fact it's 100% plausible to be shot from much higher distances than that. He's basically a know-nothing-know-it-all.

It's also really annoying whenever he gets a tip asking him some question that he decides to go to a long-form answer by pausing the game to answer. So you're essentially wasting your viewers' time by rambling about whatever mundane shit is on his mind by not playing the fucking game they pay him to.

Also, comparing any game that has any difficulty to Dark Souls. Even if the game or series in question is much older than Dark Souls.

Finally, it's when Phil attempts to look like he's thinking by going "Hmm..." when he's actually just reading chat for solutions. It's very, very obvious when he spends ten fucking minutes trying to solve a puzzle in an incorrect manner, then just randomly divines the correct answer in a very unnatural way.

Someone here has said they get annoyed when Phil talks like an expert about things he's clearly clueless about. I personally love when we get those moments because expertsidephil is the fucking funniest shit. Its how we get moments like "fireballs don't work that way" and more recently "I'll still kill you".

What annoys me about those moments are the fact that he's not only ignorant about what he's talking about, he's never wrong. Like the I'll still kill you thing: guy gets him in close quarters and stabs him. Supposedly, guns beat knives in all situations because life is rock paper scissors. All of his call of duty streams are like this because he pretends he knows so much about guns, never having held or fired one. His ignorance is astounding and frustrating because he can never admit he doesn't know what hes talking about.

More specific pet peeve: no, no, no. I don't know when he started with that but holy shit does it make me want to punch him, and I'm not a violent guy.

The way he’s intentionally tried to make his khantent more boring after Leanna left. Prestreams grew over time to the point where they’re now 90+ minute therapy sessions, he picks the most boring games possible to play and actively rejects ones that would be fun to watch, the fucking reacts, etc. I also hate how he actively refuses to learn how to play certain games. Pokémon streams can easily be turned into a drinking game where you drink every time he says that the AI “just so happened to have the weakness” for one of his mons. It’s pathetic.

Begging for interaction when chat gets bored.

blaming and guilt triping his audience right before a wagequit

"OH my god..." * impersonates and pantomime with arms up in the air and head rolls*

Eye darting when speaking.

"Chill stream"

Swaying.

"Net code"

Head &/ body leaning forward to emphasize something.

Sarcastic shocked gaping asymmetrical mouth.

That ratty taste testing thing he does.

"My son"

Soulmaid being mentioned for no relevant reason whatsoever.

Phil pretending he doesn't know detractor memes then immediately recounts the origin of that meme near perfectly.

Derailing his own stream to talk tough after a lean&ban.

Phil latching onto those moments of "going viral", even years after occurrence.

But ultimately his postnasil drip snorting is what makes his streams defacto unwatchable. Move to Arizona, faggot.
