Yeah I raised an eyebrow when Fai Fai first named the kid Xander too, especially when she referred to him as "Little Xannie" it's just unfortunate given Ralph's well known love of Xanax, but I really don't think Faith considered it at the time, she's pretty dumb.

His petty vindicate nature is a blessing and a curse because it causes hilariously disastrous results for him at times (the DVRO for example) but there are moments where it exceeds itself and becomes boring. His assmad over Jim has become incredibly tedious and he goes on for hours and hours over the fact that the man hasn't tweeted for almost a week. The amount of scorn this man has over the most meager slight is staggering; his massive butthurt was on display full bore when he was bringing up Jade's tweets from 2014. Give it a fucking rest, fatman.
I keep telling people with a name like Ralphamania if he changed it to a competitive projectile vomiting competition and marketed it right it could take off, find a niche in the weird sports world, like Russian Slap fighting, or Hotdog Eating Competitions, hell you could roll the latter into it and have a double event.
Yeah, xannie and oxyberries were a thing from Ralph's Pillstream and before that, donga's fight with Andy Warski. That's where the term superberry came from. It's a pillstream reference. Xander's real name is Alexander. One of Ralph's enemies was the founder of bitwave which was subsequently incorporated into the LBRY fork, now known as Odysee. Xander was his name, known as Dispatch, @DispatchCommit.
It's a little late for that. There's a reason people avoid becoming an object of widespread scorn and ridicule on the internet, and that's because the internet is forever. People don't forget. The "A-logs" (most of whom are anons) will torment Ralph for as long as stays online, and probably much longer. Ralph is like a man swatting at bees—the more he swings, the more he gets stung. That antagonistic dynamic is now the main source of his content, even for people who support him (ironically or otherwise). He is so far invested in his current path that if he changed course, he would immediately realize the enormous toll it's taken on his actual life. Ralph can't un-ring that bell, so he might as well ring it as loudly as possible.
He does run her account, a lot of her more formal tweets were directly under the supervision of her lawyer and father. She even used double spaces a couple times (a trait of Matthew) and used the correct "than", she seems to be incapable in distinguishing "then" and "than" by her own, it's misspelt throughout her Disney Diary.
