144MB for 4 minutes of footage is really hard to share. Try Handbrake for a hopefully a new user friendly way to transcode video into a more manageable file size. VP9 or H.264 video encoding with 2 pass enabled should get that size down to something more manageable. Ralph doesn't stream above 720p anyways so having his clips at a 960x540 resolution is a good way to also cut down on file size.
