Sure this isn't some missing footage from when him and Andy were in Miami?
Apparently it was inspired by this

Starting from 2 hours 25mins ish just skip ahead until Ralph joins, he got arrested in Tijuana, got robbed and beaten up... and I have only started watching.
So how did Ralph's liquified brain think his proactive response of "LOL, what if I fed someone a BS story" was supposed to play out here? Just how? Assuming Ralph was being true n' honest, which it never is, what purpose would it serve? "Hey guys, I'm so cool I was beaten up and robbed in Tijuana. I'm the Ralphamale, bish." He's legitimately retarded. What's better, wasn't he baiting the story would be told on the KEELSTREAM? Apparently not.

Making some wild claims about Colombia. Hunter asking nicely for him to tell the internet he's alive (because Hunter doesn't want the cops doorknocking while he has an expired visa), all the drugs he did not do, fucking that hooker and then cumming in her after the condom broke, having a seizure because he fucked up his xanax tapering (definitely not the other drugs btw) which was why he didn't stream at all because he was recovering.

Listening into it now, but at the start:
- Immediately starts bitching at Harry Morris and Faith

- First visit didn't happen because he tried crossing the border at 1 and Faith said "be here in 20 minutes". He wasn't there in 20 minutes. Ofc, why didn't he try to cross the border earlier? Who knows

- Ralph begged the trolley guy to/from the crossing for a free ride, multiple times apparently

- Ralph was apparently walking around a lot since he had no money

- Due to completely unforeseeable issues (i.e., Ralph couldn't get to the flight back to Merida on time) he has to ask the guy who bought him a ticket to Western Union him

- Something happened that got him locked up for 30 hours. He's blaming corrupt police because it's never his fault

- His initial response after he discovered he was stranded in Mexico with no phone or money? Not to ask people to borrow their phone to make a call, but to borrow their phone for Twitter

I can't continue listening ATM, but it turns out Ethan Ralph is an absolute trainwreck. Who could've known????

"I don't want to sound hard or anything, but I was walking down Tijuana highways." LOL??? Hard??? Hard doesn't come to mind in the least. Broke. Pathetic. Sad. Homeless. Miserable. Depressing. All those maybe, but hard??? Just LOL.

So the biker said, "You want a banana?" *dolphin noises*
Edit: attached is the transcript, and below an auto-generated summary:

1. Introduction / Banter

  • Ralph joins the stream late due to technical issues; jokes about his mixed reception from the audience.
  • Chat about being sober for 17+ days, aiming for a 30-day alcohol-free streak before resuming drinking.
  • Reflects on how not drinking has surprisingly not made him irritable.

2. Trip Begins – Visit to Colombia & Tijuana

  • Ralph travels to Colombia, then Tijuana to visit his son.
  • Explains difficulty crossing the border, resulting in a delayed first meeting with his son.
  • Recounts an emotional but positive visit with his son on Sunday.

3. Fallout with Lynx

  • Describes an argument with Lynx, a woman he collaborated with.
  • Accuses her of blaming him for her channel takedown and later blocking him.
  • Expresses betrayal and anger, calling her manipulative and accusing her of publicly and privately implying he got her banned.

4. Struggles in Tijuana

  • After visiting his son, Ralph tries to return to Merida but faces problems:
    • No phone, no cash, stranded in Tijuana at midnight.
    • Attempts to walk to the airport; shares disturbing encounters and dangerous streets.
  • Describes being robbed and roughed up by Tijuana city police (not federal), held for ~30 hours.
  • Gets out of custody and is advised to use the trolley for free to reach a safer crossing.
  • Returns to the Otay Mesa crossing; a friend (Nat Bakes) wires him money and helps him get a ticket home.

5. Misinformation / Publicity Stunt

  • Ralph had planned to go dark temporarily but a coincidental death in Progreso Beach made people think he died.
  • Claims it was only supposed to be an "MIA" angle, but it escalated into a “Ralph is dead” rumor.
  • Played along with a few key content creators (e.g., Merc, Godwinson) to maintain the illusion.
  • Eventually posts on Twitter that he’s alive after Hunter Moore asks him to stop the frenzy to avoid legal trouble.

6. Drug Use Commentary

  • While denying personal use, Ralph describes Colombia’s party drug culture (especially TUCI/"pink cocaine").
  • Talks about various versions of the drug (Azul/Blue, Coco Chanel).
  • Mentions observing others using drugs like ketamine and TUCI in a trance-like state.
  • Tells story of a woman he was with who surprisingly spoke against drug use, saying it's a mask for emotional issues.

7. Sexual Encounter & Defending Against Rumors

  • Describes sexual experience with a Colombian woman (emphasizes she was not a “ladyboy” despite internet rumors).
  • Insists it was not a transactional interaction, labels her a "party girl" rather than a prostitute.
  • Refutes claims he didn’t sleep with her and shares graphic details as proof.

8. Seizure in Colombia

  • Reveals he had a seizure (first in 10 years), likely caused by improper Xanax tapering and sleep deprivation (~55 hours awake).
  • A woman on-site recognized the signs, placed him in the recovery position, and helped care for his injured knee.
  • Credits friends and others for looking after him; admits he should’ve rested but kept partying due to FOMO.
  • Reflects on the experience but somewhat minimizes its severity.

9. Return to Merida & Closing Thoughts

  • Makes it safely back to Merida; knee still injured, face swollen but nose not broken.
  • Emphasizes it was not Colombia or Hunter Moore’s fault—blames his own mismanagement of meds and exhaustion.
  • Reflects on being “too old for this” but still hints at future wild adventures.
  • Announces he’ll return to streaming with a new Killstream episode on Saturday at 12 PM.
  • Grateful to Merc for letting him on the show and being part of the stunt.
Ralph nutted in a totally not ladyboy hooker and there may or may not be a guntling 3 on the way, since the condom broke.

We'll know if it was a guy or not in 9 months, if there's a paternity suit.

I’m curious what time the Saturday visit was set for/supposed to have been?
Based on his tweet history from other visits it sounds like 10 or 11am PST is usually the scheduled time.

My guess would be, based on the picture he posted of the bathtub in the brothel, he got fucked up on Friday night and slept in late.

Drugs and hookers big leaguing Ethan out of seeing his son yet again.

Says all this dumb shit and doesn't have the good sense to film it. Doesn't even say it on the Killstream, has to go and give Merch all the attention. At this point dancing like a monkey is Ralph's best way to make money and it's the one thing he won't do.

So Ralph fakes his death for content and then actually almost dies of Xanax withdrawal and on streets of Mehico. How on brand. Ralph will be dead by Christmas.
