It's only a matter of time till someone gets killed for real.
If Pokemon go is an example, maybe we're just not ready for augmented reality games yet.

PLEASE don't give anyone any ideas. But is there Pokemon Go porn? There's gotta be.
Looking around, everyone is reporting that this game is a power hog but quite light on the data. Like it can take hours to rack up a few dozen megabytes.I'm waiting for the salt mine that's going to happen as people blow through their data plans and get socked with multi-thousand dollar phone bills.
There's a reason a waiver is included in the game's Terms of Use. They saw this shit coming from the planning stages.Maybe it's a bad idea to encourage people to wander around in a reality of fast-moving objects and deadly hazards while ignoring it in favor of computer generated hallucinations.

It doesn't use a lot of data, but people have been spending real money on pokemon items and then losing them because the servers keep crashingI'm waiting for the salt mine that's going to happen as people blow through their data plans and get socked with multi-thousand dollar phone bills.
