Phil is a very boring cow right now and doesn't do much to warrant their activity, but the same can be said of Tommy Tooter and Brianna Wu. However, Phil is also one of those "legacy lolcows" who helped shape the culture of the Farms, so I must admit, I'll be sad to see it go away.

True, but those legacy lolcow forums are never truely gone, just inactive and in the Spergatory. You can read the tales of Deagle Nation or Russell Greer back when he warrented a forum whenever you like. Phil's forum will be joining them in honourable retirement is all. If he stages a lolcow comeback, so will his forum.

As it stands tho, this 2 day old poll thread has produced more discussion and interest then a solid month of the rest of the Phil Phorum, and there are still 5 days left.

On the one hand, Phil has done so much exceptional stuff with his Antifa craze and "trans" identity, compiling it into one thread as a typical lolcow would make it difficult to comprehend his autistic view of reality.

However, Phil thrives on Kiwi Farms for some inexplicable reason. He thinks this site is after him to sabotage his way of life. Knowing full damn well he made his own bed with his actions, KF just documents it. KF is the most publicity Phil would ever get in his life. Moving him to a general forum with the rest of the Rat Kings could invalidate his self importance in the world.

This way all a mod or admin has to do is make a new pointer to that and not futz around with the fifty hour task of consolidated content.

Takes it off the main page but keeps the formatting and history intact. Can be reinstated easily also.

It's certainly possible to do so, Deagle Nation has two threads in it's retired form so I don't see why the admins have to consolidate posts. It would also be far easier to restore the subforum in the event of a lolcow comeback.

And not in any of the first or second batch of pics he took could ANY of them clearly identify his face and a faux-gina together, dispite it being the simplest thing in the world to do if you want to actually prove that you got the chop. So in general consensus No he didn't.

Chris has his own forum partly because of the origin of the Farms. There's also the fact that Chris has a bad habit of going all quiet and then becoming very active and worthy of interest out of the blue. Especially with stuff like Sockness and the Dimensional Merge delusions.

Also, Chris has a "endgame" scenario that most of his followers are waiting for. Barb is still alive and her death is going to be one of those major events that will either make or break Chris, and Null himself has said in the past that he's only keeping the Chris forum alive until Barb dies.

That...doesn't make any sense? Wouldn't there be far, far more content for the Farms after his sole caretaker dies? Why close the section then? Or is this a gesture of sympathy by Null towards Chris when he's truly going to be alone in the world and most likely in a very dangerous place, mentally and physically? This is all speculation unless something by Null is posted or quoted.

Chris has kinda run his course and Barb kicking off is what many consider to be the final chapter in Christory. There might be some content, minor updates, but most people are okay with letting him slide into obscurity.

We may go months, maybe even a year without substantial content and we are basically all just sitting around waiting for our next little morsel of Antifa shit or a dumb new card, anything just to get a quick chuckle.

But then we have someone turn on Phil or some company does something Chris doesn’t like. Maybe Phil also has like a housing crisis, or people start blocking Chris or Chris goes to a con and has a meltdown or asks a dumb question at a panel. Then we get a spike in activity and tweets that are about more than just Antifa and Dimensional Delusions. Either of them get banned from somewhere we will hear about it and there will be something if a crusade.

That’s why I think both boards should stay open until they’ve both gone completely dark for a few months.

Even Phil’s crises don’t result in much these days. He got booted from his tard barracks, bitched about landlords, then got a new playpen. And these days, he doesn’t have any real friends, just groups who tolerate his tard games in exchange for access to his tugboat.

IIRC, around the time of the Idea Guys being outed, Null went off about how he doesn't like the Chris sub-forum and is mostly keeping it up because so many are waiting to know what will happen when Barb finally does die. I'd have to find the exact thread and post it was in, but Barb's death is as good as any event to serve as an ending to Chris's saga.

It'd be for the best if we retired the Chris sub-forum a month or so after Barb's funeral, since by then we'll know if Chris is going to end up homeless or scraping tugboat to tugboat in some cheapo low-end apartment or trailer and either way, Chris would truly be done as a major lolcow.

Phil doesn't even have that "endgame" scenario that his followers are specifically waiting for.
