If I only lived in Virginia! Then I would go to the Game Place, these meetings sound SO awesome.

So would I! They do sound awesome, sadly, I, Rudolf Schmitler, am in Texas, at least a couple thousand miles away from Virginia, so the only thing I can do is bug Chris with email, or sit back and enjoy the show. I am still impressed by how stupid Chris manages to be.

I drive the hour and a half to the PLACe every week just to be part of the meetings, and I don't regret a thing. I wish I lived closer. Anyone who lives that close to the PLACe and doesn't go must be :stupid: .

I'm still sad that I live in Austin, but, hey, that's what the internet is for. Rudolf Schmitler loves long distance trolling.

Yeah! Even if I am unable to attend the Game Place, at least I have this forum to converse with my fellow trolls.

Does anybody know what the court date in September is for?

Yep, there's a date September 5th, ominously labeled "Review." They didn't get their July date pushed back, did they?

The probation isn't over until the judge presiding over the case enters into the record that all requirements have been satisfactorily completed in the eyes of the law to render the debt to society due by :tomgirl: 's actions w/ :snorlax: at the GP paid and the case is then closed for the record by the judge's order. So that court date is probably the day that all the considerations regarding court ordered professional evaluations of psychology, community service hours served/not served, any violations of probation that may have occurred over the period he was placed under, will be dealt with and will be the last chance for the attorneys representing the US state for Virgins to call for the judge to punish OPL for not completing any terms of his deal with the prosecution to avoid trial on the charges with their guilty plea for reduced punishment.

Often even those 'final' court dates can be pushed back by six months or so in similar cases in different jurisdictions and I doubt Virginia's legal backlog of cases is any significantly better than most other places in the country, so a delay for that date isn't out of the question.

I'm sure that Chris will be angry that his probation doesn't end tomorrow. After all, he was PROMISED probation for only a year!

I just looked up Barb and Chris' cases in the Circuit and General Courts. General sends you to Circuit for the final disposition. Chris' case is set for trial, with the next date being in September. Barb's two and Chris' one case were all set for trial just on June 17 2013. In my state, people on probation get their cases listed as 'closed,' not 'active.' There is no listings on the court records of his probation or restitution. Something isn't adding up on that.
Also, in my state, the probation department has a year and 45 days after probation ends to file charges against a probationer for a probation violation. If he was on probation and it ended, it may not necessarily be over if they find out there was a violation and wish to pursue it.
Also, there is nothing to compel Snyder to allow Chris to return to his store, ever. Chris has no right to set foot in that store. I'm also sure Snyder could get a restraining order if that's what he needs given their history.

I know Marvin has said regarding community service probation requirements for OPL, 'he got out of it,' but without more details, I had the same reaction to that statement as you did to the case dispositions, it's not adding up. Barb, septuagenarian, colitis-afflicted widow, 'getting out of it,' I can buy much easier without any other verifying details, but an adult-autistic-child like Chris? No, there's trash to pick up and :stupid: is lucky it isn't weeds instead of litter to bend over and lift off the ground. What's not adding up is the fact that Chris isn't living up to the probation terms, according to Marvin, and is expecting accommodation from the courts for his failure to comply. If the state were to press for sentencing in the face of evidence of the probation being violated due to the terms of it not being completed, Chris already pleaded guilty to the crime, so he goes straight to sentencing, no trial. I wouldn't be shocked if there's some content hoarded right now that points to an impending legal Rubricon on the horizon that will result in the biggest (:_( to date in Christory when it's finally crossed.

Forgive me for being a sanctimonious moralfag, but I'm less concerned with being "that guy" than I am with idly watching people bait a mentally handicapped man out of the hope that he could potentially do something illegal.
Are you sure you are in the right forum? We're talking about THE Christian Weston Chandler - the obnoxious internet lolcow made famous for doing stupid things on camera. We're mostly loosened collars and sandals here. As such, things tend to get a little goofy, with the occasional heated debate during the quarterly JERK review. There's no trolling here, but no rule against folks having tongue-in-cheek some fun. ;)

That is pretty curious. Per Marvin, Chris hasn't had to really do anything, pertaining to his probation. Perhaps it isn't that he skated, but it's never been up for review, and Chris may indeed face some backlash for failing to comply with the terms of his probation. Either way, I hope more details come to light soon, to fill in some of the blanks of the Court Saga.

Trial Saga?

Yo Queiro Robert Bell Saga?

Say, do the powers-that-be have an official name for this one, yet?

I took a look at another couple of cases in the same court from 2012, guilty pleas entered in the spring. The final disposition is filled out with fines, restitution, probation length, suspended sentence info, and so on, so forth. I don't think we're looking at a lazy clerk or archaic online system that is rarely updated. I don't think this is over for Chris. I don't believe it has even begun.

We need to get someone to read that in an ominous movie trailer voice.

I wonder if Barb will ever let Chris off the short leash after tomorrow because the Probation period will be over (where his antics won't risk putting her in jail), or will she still be clinging to him forever anyway? We'll know the answer in about 48 hours I think.

Hay, I live in Austin, also.

I'd love to meet Mr. Snyder but I've been too busy capitalizing in the stock market. When MS announced the Xbox one I made some money, I don't wanna say how much 'cause people get mad, let's just say five figures.

But if you're ever on Sixth Street, just go into Cheers Shot Bar and ask around for Robert Chomsky, I'll buy you a shot of Johnnie Walker Blue Label..., Oh YEAH!

Oh I'm sure that Barb isn't going to let her precious baby out of her sight even if his probation's up. Chris is probably going to have about three minutes of glee before the thundering voice of Barb demands that he runs to Sheetz to get Chaquitos for breakfast.

I must say this frustrates me. I don't like it when Chris wins, and this in particular is irritating. The ban that the judge put in place to keep Chris away from The Game Place will be lifted, and there is no longer anything preventing him from returning. I hate to say it, but Chris has won. Snyder isn't going to be happy, but there's nothing he can do now.

You're dancing a little close to the :alog: Zone there, bruh. As I mentioned in another thread, I think Chris is now suffering a far worse imprisonment than anything that the Greene County Corrections Dept. ever could legally devise.

And AFAIK, the ban from Snyder is still in effect for life, regardless if there's a restraining order still in place. If Chris really is stupid enough (WHAT AM I SAYING?) to go back there and attempt a "HA HA! In you FACE, Jew!", it just means another visit by the Jerkops for Trespassing and the merry court happy fun time begins anew. Perhaps then Snyder won't be so merciful and will ask the court to throw the book at him.

If he thinks probation is over on the 10th, that may be a false sense of security. Even if it is over, they probably have a time period where they can revoke the probation if he decides to show his ass this month or next.

Not even Chris is stupid enough to barge in on a troll meeting.

I even hear Snyder will be beefing up our defenses with two :pickle: pickle security guards :pickle:

Either way, it is absolutely essential that Chris not find out he can return to the GAMe PLACe, :heart-empty: Snyder doesn't want anyone interrupting the children's pokeymans.

God dammit.

Upon further examination of the court record, I also note that Chris entered an "Alford Plea" on July 10 2012. Basically, Christian is trying to say that he is guilty, but didn't do it. And his reason for such is that he (his lawyer) believes there is enough evidence to convince a jury or judge of his guilt, so they're going to avoid the risk of stiffer penalties if he forces a trial. I bet we see the judge enter a sentence in September. It sounds as if the Alford Plea was designed with CWC in mind, how perfect, he didn't do it, and he can serve his sentence while denying responsibility!
I note Barb didn't have pleas of any sort entered on her two records.

Coming to the scummy dollar theatre near you...

In a world
where Shop Owners kick Austistics

(fish-eye lens shows A creepy, Fagin-esque anti-semetic stereotype chuckling)

and Trolls roam the city streets unopposed

(orange-faced guidos with impossibly wide grins contemptuously rub their crotches)

One 'Tard

(a muscular stud in a red and blue striped shirt, too tight skirt, and yellow medallion stands in the rain)

Took a Stand

(same muscular stud sitting on a dirty unmade bed, playin' vidya. he farts wetly)

For Love.

(muscular stud tongue-kisses blow up doll.)

This Summer...

The Filthy Hobo of Love...

...is back...

...to Zap to the Extreme

(muscular stud fondles plastic megatron pistol and points it towards audience)

....and he ain't takin' any more guff from any dang trolls, alright?

("shoots" screen)
(screen goes black)
(suddenly.... obnoxious, amateur late-1990's techno soundtrack starts)
(screen is cluttered with a rapid-edit montage of ultra low-budget "action" scenes, most of them are quick cuts of...
-- muscular stud punching a clown doll.
-- orange-skinned guido-trolls getting ineffectually girly-smacked.
-- Cops tackling muscular stud and handcuffing him.
-- Images of 'attraction signs'
-- Girls making the 'sour milk' face and walking away.
-- muscular stud failing to perform a pull-up.)

(techno music builds to some kinda creshendo)

_____________________C H R I S - C H A N_____________________

_____________________R E T R I B U T I O N____________________

(techno music abruptly stops. Now we see muscular stud sitting in a chair, looking sternly into the camera, like he's about to spout some badass memetastic action-hero catchphrase.)

"Um....Mnnn...yeah. Anyhow..."

(techno music resumes.)

Summer 2013

Or sometime after that.

Hey, WE'RE WORKIN' ON IT!
