As for the others who are pointing out that ban, if you recall Chris was banned years ago. The ban never stopped him from stopping by and causing trouble anyways. He only got caught after hitting Mike with the car.

Chris is freely able to go harass the Game Place. Several times he's left before cops showed up, and once he's been there when cops showed up and was let go with no punishments. Chris gets out of everything with the autism card, including hitting people with his car.

I think the Alford Plea is insulting. One of the things about being convicted or taking a plea bargain is that everyone (the community, employers, neighbors, etc) can hold your criminal record over your head for at least a few years. But with this joke of a plea, OPL can walk around and say "nuh-uh! I didn't do it! It was a trolling conspiracy, I was forced to say that!"
We shouldn't forget that Michael Snyder was the victim here, he deserved an allocution by OPL where he apologized and fully admitted his guilt and involvement. Apparently all we got was a joke and OPL passing on his sentence to his mother to pay his fines and restitution. Snyder went easy on him, and the state knew they had enough on the Chandlers that they should have forced allocution or trial, no middle ground.

I think now that Chris can honestly go back to the Game Place with no legal repercussions, he's going to turn his whole life around. You have to actually select Charlottesville Circuit Court and there you can search for Christian Chandler. Follow the above link. Click the blue 'click here' link. Select court, click begin, then type Weston, Christian in the name field. Click his case number, and there you go.
