I only had time to read this one chapter, but the rest is probably as ballin' as this one as well. Except, as even an issue of Law & Order: SVU managed to point out, antivaxxers infect other people who can't be vaccinated (infants, the elderly, the immunocompromised) because they won't. That's a tiny bit more problematic than merely freaking out about tomatoes.
