Containment Random Chris Updates

  • Happy Easter!
Oh cool, so the off chance that some state or local law might protect you, if you have a federal DEA agent with his thumb up his ass with nothing to do and wants to federally charge you for five jars you mushrooms, you're fucked? 🇺🇸

I once lived in a neighborhood where there was a home invasion. Only person home was the daughter who called the cops and hid. The thieves flee and are not caught, police sweep the home and find a grow op in the basement and charge the dad with cultivation of marijuana.

Damn, maybe Chris is being setup as a fallguy.

No, if the cops do an illegal search, they can't use the evidence, since the exclusionary rule is intended to deter LEOs from illegally obtaining evidence (in violation of the Fourth Amendment) by preventing them from using it at trial. That's not actually in the Constitution as a right. It's a court-created remedy.

So it doesn't apply to third parties who do it, even illegally, because they can't violate the Fourth Amendment. They'd have to put up to it by the government and effectively be acting as agents of the government.

Oh. Chris says he isn't a lolcow and insists we "appreciate" him. Well, I guess we have to do what he says, right guys? It's not like he's a childish, delusional mongoloid who spent nearly two years in jail for sexually abusing his own geriatric mother and couldn't find a way to grasp reality with both hands, a map, and a guided tour, right?

This is odd, at least from my neck of the woods...

A minor intoxicated, but no possession, illegal purchase with bad id or associated dui.
Thats nearly unheard of where I live. (I'm not even sure its a chargeable offense while possession absolutely is).

Defective equipment is most likely a speeding charge with nothing else involved (no reckless, tailgating or anything else) and a clean driving record that gets knocked down to a fine as long as you don't fuck up again.
Its the sort of shit a speed trap road nets funds for the county and a ticket quota for the cop with.

And a shroom grow with terrible opsec but also, just manufacture charges. I guess thats a plea deal from more serious but it does count as a felony that'll fuck up future employment. The whole thing is odd too though to me. Your landlord needs less than 24 hour notice to the whole building and thats the day you had your shit out going? And weren't home to clean it up before the maintenance guy showed? Or i guess he's that retarded as to have it out and obvious all the time.

Idk. Maybe I'm over thinking it and he's just that brand of completely retarded. But this shit other than the speeding is the kinda crap any body with an ounce of sense can not get caught at.

Caden is dumb but man it kinda sounds like Maryville is a sleepy small college nothing of a town with *real* eager bored cops. (Ie the kind of place you get away with nothing and gtfo as fast as you can).

Granted im the kind of jackass who wants 20 acres and nobody with any reason to come bother me despite having nothing really to hide instead of a small town where everybody is up in everybody's ass, not the kind of jackals who weens and buys houses for retards

Now that I know that Caden's middle name is Michael, I've found this.

Now, it doesn't actually let me click on the link, because it wants me to get a pro search subscription to view it or some shit. But if this is anything to go by, Caden is associated with 'NORTHWEST BIOHAZARD LLC'

Man, I'm thinking we should give him his own thread now. He looks ugly as shit, manufactures illegal drugs, bought Chris Chan a fucking house, he's pretty fucking cow-y.

If it's in a major college town, cops usually just leave you alone unless you pissed them off. I'm not sure how it works out in middle of no where but I imagine he pissed off a cop when he was 20 yo while drunk.

Llc are public record. You can get an agency to file it for you for privacy like he did with essential estate Llc.

He uses these Llcs to open a business bank account for tax reasons I suppose.
But being a dealer you should just take cash. Maybe it's to buy the house?

Also he got caught growing shrooms a week after buying the house. I bet he's growing shrooms in there too.

Edit: wurdz r hard

Don't forget, manufactures illegal drugs, keeps Chris-Chan as a gimp in a steamer trunk and lets him out for streams, gets arrested in Missouri while maintaining a gimp cave for Chris in Virginia (while still on allegedly "supervised" probation in Missouri wtf does this "supervision" consist of), buys a house while using a public defender in Missouri, claiming impoverishment.

This seems like a terribly tenuous situation.

Shouldn't he have to pay back Missouri for the money he ripped off from them to be able to use a PUBLIC DEFENDER, a Constitutionally protected right of every American, so long as they're so poor they can't afford counsel, when he actually had so much money he could buy a fucking tard-habitat Bio-Dome just to maintain Chris-Chan, a literal motherfucker, solely to suck up more shekels?

I mean it makes me more pissed off the more I think about it.

I'm pretty sure that his diabolical genius move of covering up the license plate of the car we already know belongs to Chris is going to fool the DEA. Seriously, that's the one thing he did that will totally defeat us.
And a shroom grow with terrible opsec but also, just manufacture charges. I guess thats a plea deal from more serious but it does count as a felony that'll fuck up future employment.
It's a guilty plea but one with no imprisonment on a manufacture charge. It looks like some kind of sweetheart deal to me. Anyway, dude is a convicted felon. Lucky for him, Chris isn't a convicted anything, because otherwise he wouldn't be allowed to be near him.

Caden being a wannabe druglord was a plot twist I wasn't expecting.

Would be ironic if Chris's wish got granted by the monkey's paw (partially) because all our attention ends up going to his meal ticket instead lol

"Praetors"
The name probably helped get chris to trust them, by appealing to his megalomania and delusions of grandeur.
It's likely a refence to the praetorian guard, the personal bodyguards of the roman emperors, who sometimes even assassinated they emperors they were sworn to protect
I could totally see that arc happening; Chris getting hung up to dry by praetor after he becomes more of a liability than an asset.

All these plates this Caden mongoloid has spinning are going to come crashing down eventually. He might be clever enough to get all these schemes rolling, but he's obviously too stupid to keep them rolling successfully. He's already gotten into dutch with the law twice it seems, and I wouldn't be shocked if he ends up getting in legal trouble again. This idiot is going to end up wrecking his life and is probably going to bring Chris down with him. This is going to be good.

Yeah this pivoting is an amazing turn.

What's doubly funny, is if Caden is growing illicit drugs in Big Island, and using Chris as a Tardshield like the evil Ricks use tormented Mortys to hide themselves, even if it's busted with Chris there, Chris could still get completely off with the Virginia Tard Law, as long as he doesn't kill anyone or forcibly rape anyone.

Caden locking him down means there's always somewhere there to watch over things while he's out doing whatever. Big Island also doesn't have its own police force, and relies on the VA State Police, which aren't exactly common in that area, no doubt purposefully picked due to Caden's run in with Jerkops in Missouri.

Feed in a whole lot of "Okay Chris, you have to keep things secret and people away from here, because they're all trolls! Don't let anyone in here or bring anyone back!", and you've got yourself a somewhat reliable Watchtard.

I just thought of something: didn't some group of ass-kissers or other give Chris shrooms at some point? I know he's been on cannabis a couple of times, but I seem to remember him being on shrooms or something similar at some point. I could be mistaken.

Not sure I have one. At least the ages line up. This guy is listed as 21 at the time of his arrest. The Praetor guy's birthdate is September 17, 2002, which would make him 21 at the time of the arrest (and 22 now). An oddity in the case is he appears to have been represented by a public defender. If he's the same guy buying a house in Virginia, that would seem pretty inconsistent with poverty and one would imagine he could end up in a lot of trouble.

And of course, it would be really bad to have concealed a sizeable amount of drug money then used to purchase a house while pleading poverty.

Okay, the one thing troubling me was "Caden Michael Peck" being the name of the Missouri guy while not knowing what the middle name of "Caden Peck" in Virginia was. But in a traffic case, the Goochville Caden is, in fact, also "Caden Michael Peck."

Looking pretty solid actually.

Under supervised probation:

Apparently not very well supervised. I assume you've also confirmed the birth dates match and they actually are the same person and will await findings. A mug shot would be nice, hope you got one.

Also lol.

Now does this really look like someone who would get arrested as an intoxicated minor?

I'll let you dump the rest of the voluminous stuff here, I was just approaching it as an exercise to see if I could falsify it, but so far as I can tell, I can't find anything inconsistent between the people in these records not being the same person.
Sorry should have given some proof that it was really the same Caden. Here you go:
1) He filled for 2 LLCs in Missouri which list his email as contact

which if you use Epieos to search the email gives you the username Caden used on his Instagram when he met Chris.

2) Look at this archive of a website (link) which had Caden's DOB on it and one of the court documents of his case the DOBs match:

Both cases were in Goochland county. Also, again the DOBs match up.

I searched everywhere I could but I couldn't find it.
