and to be honest. based on the last thing I remember you posting about the pot, Chris wasn't doing it often, if at all. He had done it like once or twice around bronycon. To hear that he may have been doing it frequently with some kids is hilarious and I'm not sure why that's something you'd sit on... unless you get off on it.

You could tell us, "there is a person, don't know who it is yet, who has gotten Chris to believe that eating leaves off the tree outside will make him stronger" and we'd be like "Holy shit, that's golden", not "OMG WHO WOULD DARE!?‽". But what's happening is you're seeing Chris eating leaves and then shitting yourself and doing nothing until you have the appropriate dox, which you likely will never get. Or if you do, you'll continue to shit yourself and do nothing because it's not illegal to tell a guy to eat leaves. The dox don't matter. That's content hoarding.

We weren't waiting for dox. We had it from the beginning. I just didn't think these guys were pushing Chris into more Idea Guy shit. I thought he was just being a weirdo on his own, and at the same time, hanging out with friends, like he did at Impulse and like he did at the card shop before he got banned.

I'm not surprised anymore when I hear about old trannies like Chris hanging out with too-nice-for-their-own-good kids from the card shop. It's just not surprising anymore.

If they're not fucking with him (which I didn't believe until very recently), I think it's kind of mean to fuck with them just because they tried to be nice to a tard like Chris. I felt the same way about the wallflower.

And to be honest, the serious crime shit was hoarded for so long that A) people stopped caring, B) people believe something completely different happened because mis-information was being spread, and C) nothing happened to the people fucking with Chris. Thousands of people get scammed harder than Chris was every day. Elderly, disabled, rich people, and poor people. Chris isn't special in that regard. The only reason why anyone cares is because he's disabled/crazy and a cow they know and/or have interacted with. I wasn't there and I haven't heard about any complaints from anyone involved. (ie Chris didn't say "yeah, she told me to take my hand off her butt BUT SHE DID NOT REALIZE IT WAS A PLATONIC BUTT SLAP ")

But just based on how he operates, I don't think he ever "intended" to hit on them like he did with the wallflower or Megan. He probably just said weird, creepy shit like he lives in a lesbian porno.

No, my quote of your post was just to show that, yes, a scam victim is a scam victim. I did not intend to imply you had information, I could have made that more clear I suppose.

But I agree, Chris has gotten scammed, and will continue to get scammed, until the end of time because he never learns. Having a babysitter club for him isn't going to stop that. So why hoard? Ya know?

I don't blame Null or Marvin or whomever. They did what they did because they felt they were doing right by Chris. I just find it annoying when people pull the "Omg. You're an idiot. If only you knew what I knew" type of shenanigans.

There's been a weird protectiveness over Chris for a long time. Back in the old days it was a core group of trolls who felt they should be the only ones to fuck around with Chris. Then Bob passed away and it was "Leave the poor guy alone, he just lost his dad." which is understandable. Then it was "Oh, people have fucked with him long enough. Besides, he is funnier when he gets into his own trouble." which I also get. Then some started saying "He's brought us so much entertainment and laughter, so we owe him." which I honestly do not get.

My point is that there are some out there who feel like we are somehow beholden or indebted to Chris because we laugh at his antics, which is ridiculous. Yeah, he's the best known lolcow, but he's still just a lolcow. I'm not going to tell people what they should or should not do, but it seems stupid and pointless to keep on helping him (thus continue to keep fondling the fecal matter) when he continues to reject the help he's been given. He never learns, rejects anything that "exceeds the hurtful truth level", and keeps getting into the same trouble time and time again. Many members, myself included, have caught Hell for touching the ca-ca. To continue guard dogging Chris skips mere touching and goes right into smearing it everywhere, and has proven ineffective at best. Chris is a lost cause and remote parenting him has been a fruitless venture. Time to let him stand or fall on his own.

I do subscribe to the idea of just watching. Letting Chris be his own person for better or worse. But I do realize that Chris won't put all his cards on the table and someone has to milk him once in awhile for good info. In doing that job, you have to be trusted because he will clam up with anyone not supporting his craziness. That job involves you getting shit on by everyone because you aren't doing things in a way they agree with.

So either we get less info and more theorycrafting threads about Chris' mind, or we get a little more info by playing with fire. Only Captain can decide what's right in that.

I'm not "with" Marvin here specifically, but I see the clear difference. If you seek Chris out online you're quite obviously either trying to help him or fuck with him, usually fuck with him. People that meet him IRL aren't the same thing, it can be hard to tell if someone is trying to be his friend because they're a group of troons supporting each other or because they know him and want to troll him. I don't know what Marvin or the Captain know, but I can easily see situations where it's unclear if this group is actually fucking with Chris or not. At this point it seems obvious they are, but I don't know that shit. It doesn't make sense to dox anyone that comes into contact with Chris, we don't know exactly what the troons he hangs out with actually do other than smoke pot with him and maybe go along with some of his delusions.

I really have nothing to say that can make anyone happier with me - I get the frustration.

I can see how people are upset about the concept of "hoarding content" but at the same time I think @Marvin and I approached this properly by trying to give these people a chance. They genuinely do like Chris and are giving him ideas and telling him to do things because they think it's funny, are enjoying the fantasy, and think they're helping in a really roundabout way. If we gave them the chance to stop the stupid shit Chris might end up with a couple real life friends and anything that keeps him offline is a good thing.

If I've been belligerent towards anyone regarding Chris I apologize - I was being a nigger. I really wasn't trying to do any inner circle shit but it's frustrating when people keep saying things without the whole story or even (jokingly) accusing me of said shenanigans.

We ran the idea by Null regarding the diplomatic approach with these people and he said he really couldn't be bothered but to give it a try if we cared.

This just boiled down to me getting flustered with the jokes here, the crap Chris keeps doing/saying and wanting to give these people one chance because we wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt in the event they weren't aware of how this was negatively affecting Chris.

We've had the dox since at least August.. I think maybe even earlier. But we just put the pieces together in the last week and realized who was pulling strings.
