But there are only two times that I can remember him agreeing with that. One was a long while back, when he claimed that he had a Buddha belly and man boobs - but he didn't seem to regard them as much of a problem. More recently, during the Quinn business, he proudly claimed that he had an enormous gut and that 'all of this could have been hers! She could have fed me and watched it grow!'

In the comics, after an early instance or two, he insists on drawing himself (as a man) as tall, slim, wide-shouldered and muscular - also with a ludicrous amount of chest hair: as a woman, slim, big-titted and big-eyed. This does support the school of thought which states that he has no real idea of how he looks - except when he thinks that some potential source of china likes the idea of him being a fat bastard.

He filled out a recent twitter Q&A survey where he said he would lose weight if he could change something about his appearance. So he's not 100% oblivious to his size but I think he still has an inability to compare himself accurately to other fat people. In his mind everyone is still "fatter'.
