Yeah, one of the worst things about current era Chris is that he's getting slower and lazier as he ages. I don't think him being unlikely to drive there and cause a scene is related to having learned anything from the past, it's basically just that these days, he's like a lolcow version of Washington Wizards era Michael Jordan, Kobe in his final season, Tom Brady this past year, etc. Father Time comes for all, and not even the greats are exempt. What more does he have to prove, or accomplish? He's the undisputed all-time champion of getting trolled and sperging out.

It is funny because his early comics had so many plot points involving “lesser” alternate Chris’s: Sammy, Crystal, Reldnahc. All these years later and Chris is more THEM collectively than he is the classic Chris. It’s like a part of his subconscious was telling him he’d turn into a dumb, even fatter gay trannie.

I remember one call (don't remember which one, exactly), in which he mentioned that he wanted a girlfriend because he thought that would give him more freedom from his parents. He wants to have the same life he has living with his parents, but without having to deal with them. And then, he realized he could get all of this and sex too if he found his sweetheart. No wonder that he is so convinced that love will solve all of his life problems.
