Containment Random Thoughts & Questions

Actually, a quick update, Chris' tugboat is likely sunk. I didn't notice that if you are Incompetent to Stand Trial, your tugboat is killed after 30 days. He should still have 7 months of tugboat saved up from the time he was in jail and the first month in the hospital. He can restart his tugboat when he's out of the hospital, assuming he does not get a conviction afterward where he gets more than 30 days after time served, though he will probably not think to do this unless someone is helping him.

He'll probably get out, sit on his fat ass on the streets, then make a video on some Obama phone about how shitty the government is because he's not "getting paid". And how he needs someone to get him his tugboat back so he can go buy some more food legos. On the bright side, free easy diet!

He should still have 7 months of tugboat saved up from the time he was in jail and the first month in the hospital. He can restart his tugboat when he's out of the hospital, assuming he goes back to jail for more pre-conviction time or is immediately convicted and gets released with time served, though he will probably not think to do this unless someone is helping him.
So that yields two questions burning a hole in my head:
1. How much money do you think he’s accrued for those seven months? Do we have a known and up to date monthly amount?
2. Is anybody in the legal system obligated to help him restart it once he gets out of the hospital?

I'd be almost willing to bet money he won't even notice at first. He'll see the seven months worth of cash, blow through it within a day then realize a week later he's fucked.
The family helping Barb have done Chris a favour in the long run if they’ve dumped his stuff since I bet Chris would waste all of his saved money on storage unit fees if he had the opportunity to keep all his belongings only to eventually run out of money and be forced to sell/dump it and be where he is now but with less funds.
I never believed it. We're they grifting together? Sure....but Chris' spending habits were astronomical and not supported by weens and tugboat alone. I just love how certain users would rant and rave about how all this money was going to Barb while Chris was forced to be satisfied with a McDonald's happy meal toy.
I think now maybe Barb wasn’t an equal partner but was instead being pressured by Chris, at least in recent years.

If we are lucky, they use the money to first reimburse borb, pay the court fees and minusculanious debts, then pay in advance for his living expenses whether it be a tard home or an apartment so he's not on the streets and hopefully keeps him in place.

It’s possible the family has put his stuff in storage and he has a choice ahead of him.

I imagine the exchange to get his tugboat back would look something like this.

Chris: Mr government man I DEMAND that you give me back my Monthly Tugboat or you be playing a game of Kick the Autistic!

Clerk: Well......ma'am? I'd be happy to help. Here's the forms you need to fill out to get started. Should take about 6 weeks to get processed. If that's too long a wait here's a list of places looking to hire for entry level part time work. Due to the labor shortage you'll be hired in an instant and make twice whatever minimum wage is.

*15 minutes later*

Chris: Change? Ya got change?

Seeing how Chris doesn't understand governments and proper chain of commands. I feel like he would address Biden directly. Even if he's talking to a social worker. Demanding to speak to the manager which obviously is the president. And if he makes death threats to the president In front of them? AKA mandatory reporters? Jail saga 2.0 baby!

This is eerily realistic.

How is that literally much better than what he was doing before? Chris’s spending habits have always been absurd and terrible and that was entirely unprovoked by trolls or weens and just his general stupidity and selfishness at play. Even if he manages to get his Tugboat back his spending problems would still remain, Chris can’t truly be helped unless he had a tard helper giving him ‘allowances’ for how much he can spend on food, gas, drink, bills and games, tv toys and vidya. It’s the only chance he has at ever not being in constant debt.

"Rules for suspension
Suspend benefits when a court:
finds that the beneficiary is IST; and
issues an order confining a beneficiary to a mental health institution for more than 30 continuous days at public expense."

It seems he may be over this length of time, so would satisfy that prong, but has he formally been found incompetent to stand trial or are they in an evaluation phase before deciding that?

I know we don't actually know that for certain. Example 1 seems closest, where the condition is temporary and improves on treatment so that the trial can commence, and the benefits would only be suspended if she lost the criminal case and was confined for more than 30 days.

I agree with everything except for reimbursing Barb. What the fuck is there to reimburse her for? Compensate her for the barbussy?

I'm not sure that's how it works even if they find that she was the victim.

You think they'd prescribe him Adderall?

I don't like Borb or Chris, but he did take 750? From her bank account. Yeah, it'll probably be spent on gold layered adult diapers, but it was her money. And that means less for Chris to buy stupid shit with.

Presumably return the hundreds of dollars Chris stole from her for hotel and toys.
Chris said he already repaid that so idk. But yeah if he hasn't they should give her her 750 bucks back.

I think we all know those were lies. This info came out while Chris was in prison. With how quick everything went down there's no way Chris managed to reimburse the deposit since you know he's in jail. Plus at that point Patreon and a few other fund sites cut him off. So any money he wouldve gotten isn't coming since he had about a week out before it would deposit. So it's impossible for him to do what he said unless patreon gave him a final payout and he somehow managed to access his bank account from prison.
