Containment Random Thoughts & Questions

I have a question. Can somebody explain the whole legal process Chris is going through for me right now? Is he still in custody? Where will he be sent? Will he have contact with the outside world? That sort of thing.

FAQ is out of date, but most of it is still accurate if you read the "if so and so happens, then it means this" parts of the answers and just apply the current happenings.

Short story, Chris is in big boy circuit court now, charged with a felony, and has waived indictment so he wound up skipping the grand jury process (grand jury that decides if charges can go forward, not a trial jury that decides guilt) even though it was scheduled.

His attorney has applied for deferred disposition due to autism (covered under the autism defense section of the FAQ). If accepted, it means Chris will probably plead guilty and then given probation, which if he completes successfully may result in the charges being dropped, with no conviction for incest on his record.

It is speculated that sometime soon he is going to a group home.

As to if he'll be able to communicate, nobody knows. It depends on the terms of his probation and the rules of the group home.

Chris with the autism card strikes again. I was hoping he'd get incest on his record to show what a malicious deviant Chris is. But he already did that with the cell phone leaks, and his confession to Null, so as long as people ban him knowing this, the better.

We should probably recognize that the haters, trolls, and cyberbullies were wrong about Chris when they said he was a quitter with no perseverance. When Barb refused to put out after prom, did Chris quit? No. He kept after her for the next 20 something years and eventually cracked that egg.
It's an important distinction. For instance most of Weird Al's songs are not parodies, they're just humorous songs that use the music of another song. For instance "Fat" does not provide any commentary on Michael Jackson's "Bad", it just sings about being fat to the tune of "Bad".

Examples of actual Weird Al parodies would be "This Song's Just Six Words Long" or "Achy Breaky Song", since they directly pertain to the source material.
The word you are looking for is "pastiche."
I think by getting him to punch Barb, they made him realize he could actually overpower her. He was afraid of her before that. He'd wanted to [fornicate with] her for a long time but being a slow-in-da-mind it took that to realize he was actually physically more powerful than she was.
Barb's brain going to mush gave CWC his "in." He did not need to physically overpower her. He just needed her to be much less cognizant of the fact that the beautiful young lipstick lesbian goddess "swabbing her poop deck" was actually her middle-aged transbian daughter, Christine Weston Chandler Sonichu Blue Heart.

What I always wondered was did Null ever get to plough that sweet sweet Chris bussy? He laid a lot of ground work. Did he cut ties because Barb beat him to it?
Well I know you're joking but, Oh boy does Null hate Barb or at least before her brain went to mush. (I think shes faking )

Does anyone know if Chris was ever formally tested with an IQ test? I wanna say he's around 75-80 but, I'm dying to know if this has ever been confirmed.

I know its all wild speculation, but I wonder what the maximum amount of probation he can get, and if so what will he be prohibited from doing? Id assume he wouldnt be able to go near Barb since thats just a given, but I kind of feel like they wont take away his communication since (least from what I saw) it doesnt play THAT much of a role? This is my lack of legal knowledge showing, so for all I know it coul end up with him getting his toys taken away.

In a way I feel bad for Null, but in others the guy should have seen this coming from a decade away

Thank you! That's the exact word.

I can't find any limitation. 19.2-303.1 limits probation to the maximum sentence, and 19.2-303 limits probation to five years maximum (except for certain violent crimes, of which incest is not one).

The problem is that this is presented in the context of suspended sentence after conviction, which is not what deferred disposition is. They may follow these rules anyway, but I can't find any strict wording that indicates that they have to.

The standard rules are:

(i) report any arrest, including traffic tickets, within three days to the probation officer;
(ii) maintain regular employment or notify the probation officer of any changes in employment;
(iii) report within three days of release from incarceration;
(iv) permit the probation officer to visit his home and place of employment;
(v) follow the instructions of the probation officer, be truthful and cooperative, and report as instructed;
(vi) refrain from the use of alcoholic beverages to the extent that it disrupts or interferes with his employment or orderly conduct;
(vii) refrain from the use, possession, or distribution of controlled substances or related paraphernalia;
(viii) refrain from the use, ownership, possession, or transportation of a firearm;
(ix) gain permission to change his residence or leave the Commonwealth or other designated area
(x) maintain contact with the probation officer

He's obviously not bound by rules that are impossible to follow, for instance the employment one.

Any other requirements are tailored to be specific to the crime. For instance the obvious one of staying away from Barb. As you say, since his crime did not involve the internet, that probably won't be a requirement in that context. They might include it as part of his mental health treatment requirements though, or it might just be a side effect of the house rules of wherever they place him.

I'm pretty sure that at the bare minimum he will still be allowed to write letters or make phone calls.

I'm sure Null was prepared for Chris to fuck up again. I don't blame him for not predicting such a spectacular fuckup.

It really was a spectacular fuckup, there's not many worse things he could have done, maybe touching a kid or killing a dude, but that's about it. Few horrorcows ever reach this depth of depravity.

I think that's the beauty of Chris. You never know really what to expect of him, he just fucks up in new and increasingly extravagant ways that absolutely nobody could ever predict. Sure he's a narcissistic idiot who fucked his mother but there's no denying that the sheer spectacle of it all will be dearly missed when he inevitably gets locked away.

question - in the lesbian sleepover video there appears to be a vinyl record propped up on the bed next to the Sonic totem, anyone know what it is

I think it's one of Bob's old ones that Chris liked for some reason, Chris doesnt have vyinal autism (well not the musical one anyway and he's not listened to it either because he doesnt have a 78 player any more.

Did Chris ever truly love his father? Bob, despite his mistakes, did appear to actually love his son (the letters he wrote him and the dreaming studio), but did Chris actually love him back? Chris crying after his death doesn’t mean all that much, it might have had more to do with the realization that Bob being gone would mean having to do chores, shop for Barb, manage his own money, etc

They may follow these rules anyway, but I can't find any strict wording that indicates that they have to.

I'm under the impression that since deferred disposition is intended for "special" cases, the court has a lot more leeway in setting special terms and requirements on the probation. It's for cases where the normal criminal proceedings simply don't apply or don't work. Chris is a problem to be solved, not a case to be punished.

I read it as "Please respect CWC-ville"

I need help.

It sounds to me like you need to take a break from the CWCki forums. Go find another hobby for a while, preferably outside in the fresh air.

Cris respected Bob but never loved him. Chris loved barb, but never respected her.
