I had a dream that Chris tried selling 14 BLC on ebay and some ween bought it in order to finish burning it down.

i dont know too much about the legal questions raised when it comes to those with mental disabilities but the way i see it is u gotta remember: chris is in his 30s. as much of a manchild as he may be, hes technically an adult. and he can potentially support himself if he applied himself. hes a high functioning autistic man, so he made the decision on his own its not like the guy talked him into it. so im not entirely sure but i can guarantee the guy who did the piercing (god help his soul.. being that close to chris' filthy anus hole) will not be in any trouble at all if CHRIS is the negligent one and doesnt properly care for the piercing as instructed. itll be his own fault, not the piercing guyI have a question, however I am not sure it's deserving of it's own thread.
It's prity obvious that Chris has issues, both physical and mental could the person that performed the body modification on him be held liable for damages in a court of law? You know the way a bar tender can refuse to serve some one alcohol if they are already drunk as they have a duty of care, Well would a piercing that has complex after care and that is considered tricky to care for even under ideal circumstances could it be reasonable to assume that a person with Chris's obvious problems not be upto the task of caring for it? Could the person be considered negligent?
maybe but theres alot of evidence to the contrary that they could argue. hes capable enough to take his meds everyday, hes capable enough to go get a job on his own, hes capable enough to drive himself to places (including willingly to the piercing place i assume), hes capable enough to buy things with his own money-scratch that.. OUR money- and hes capable enough to get a degree at a community college. so my question to them would be if they think chris is such a child and cant be trusted to make sound decisions or look after himself, why the fuck did the state of virginia deem it okay for him to have a license to operate a vehicle and be on the road with other drivers??My line of thought is "Could Chris be considered capable to caring for it?", I mean seriously say when this goes south this goes to court any half way decent solicitor could make a argument that while physically a adult Chris has the mentality of a child. What money he does get the majority of it is spent on children's toy's and games, and it is on record with the court that he is a "adult autistic child" so could he even be considered capable enough to care for the wound by a reasonable person.

http://www.dmv.state.va.us/drivers/#medical/spec_restrict.asp according to the virginia DMV. idk if his condition would require him to claim it (although i imagine itd be pertinent because chris can barely move his own fat ass let alone operate a vehicle) but if so then they mustve at least known he wasnt quite all there. who knowsMurrika. Also, most likely nobody notified the office giving out licenses.

he needs to own a fedora and of course the actual neckbeard would be required. but i think that ship has sailed since hes going the lesbian-identified-male routeIs Chris a neckbeard? He is a resident of the friend zone, he is very unhygienic, he's fat, he's lazy, he's a brony, he watches anime, he's a fan of sonic and spends too much time on the internet. However, he is a Christian (in name and religion), does not have any facial hair, and claims to be a feminist.
Don't remember the details, but I think the opportunity presented itself to Chris and he took it. I don't know what Chris thought would happen if she showed up though. Well, he also thinks he can trick a lesbian into having sex with him.
Chris is not a smart man.![]()
Yeah but he's quite naive for believing a and b in the first place.I don't know, if I put myself in his shoes where I a) believe that Liquid Chris is a real imposter that people fall for and b) Kacey can't tell the difference over the phone, (which are both ridiculous, I grant you) I can follow the rest of the logic.
It allows him to find out more about Liquid, his relationship with Kacey, and maybe some of his trolling plans. He is able to sell Solid Chris a little by saying things like "he is not so bad". I think he also had the idea of being a bit of a Cyrano type figure, where he be so attractive to Kacey over the phone that when they met in person he would say "It was actually me and not Liquid Chris you were talking to" and she would fall into his arms.
Personally, I've given some thought to Carrie Wynn, Barb's mother, and what we know of her makes Barb seem like a logical conclusion.I was just contemplating about Barb.Ultimately, I believe Barb's main problem, for the past 40 + years, has been her emotional immaturity. I mean I think she has never really grown out of the mindset of a bratty, flighty 16 year old girl, and I think it explains a lot of her failures as a person. Many ( most) teenagers can be quite selfish and not have much of a sense of responsibility or "duty" to anyone but themselves.
I think this explains her disinterest in being a moral, responsible parent to Chris, as well as her binge drinking, hoarding and general trampiness.
Sure she could have tried to teach Chris nice manners, teach him right and wrong, and actually care about his life. But doing those things aren't much fun, and certainly not as fun as hitting up the bar, or purchasing a 50 year old, coffee stained, chipped+cracked, Hawaiian Elvis decorative plate at goodwill. Am I right on the money?
Wasn't her husband like 20 years older than her or something? I get this mental image of Barb's mom like the grandma from the "Beverly Hillbillies" wearing an apron and smacking her kids with a spatula/serving spoonPersonally, I've given some thought to Carrie Wynn, Barb's mother, and what we know of her makes Barb seem like a logical conclusion.
It might just be me, but "married at 15, having six kids starting at 16, and widowed before your golden years in a less-than-optimal socioeconomic tier" don't sound like circumstances conducive with sound parenting.

Chris says s/he's very supportive of the LBTQ community. As long as you're a woman. But what about GODDAMN ASEXUAL WOMEN?
Could s/he have change his/her views on asexuality? Although s/he might have said that as spite towards their rejection, though, and not real disgust towards them.
