So did either Bob or Barb want grandchildren, or were they mature enough to sacrifice those notions for the good of the family as a whole? Or, predictably, did they not care one way or the other?

They both had other children. We know of Savannah from Bob's side. Not sure if Cole has any kids but he did recently get married so it's a possibility, plus there may be other relatives on either side we don't know about. Neither of them bet the house on Chris and with good reason.Henry Bemis said:So did either Bob or Barb want grandchildren, or were they mature enough to sacrifice those notions for the good of the family as a whole? CWCki article on Son-Chu said:According to a Facebook status from February 2012, Chris no longer owns, or at least no longer drives Son-Chu. Why Chris bought another car and Son-Chu's fate are currently unclear; However, said Facebook status suggests that he may have bought another car to avoid detection by jerkops. Chris likely got rid of Son-Chu sometime before fall 2011, as according to a leaked email, Chris was driving Barb's Ford Aerostar during the infamous GaMe PLaCe incident in October of that year. Chris currently drives a Mitsubishi; no other information about Chris' new transformer ride is available at this time.

The Chandlers seem to be those people who don't take care of their cars at all, so when one breaks they just buy another.
Why doesn't Lego count? It's made as a toy for children, after all. I know adults can build some remarkable things with Lego, but that doesn't include Chris. I think it was last year he uploaded a pic of him basically playing House with Lego at 30 years old. Who knows if he still plays with his toys though; I get the feeling he may have grown out of them, though more through being too depressed to play than actually maturing.revengeofphil said:Does Chris still play with his toys (when he's allowed to that is) I remember reading on the Cwcki he once said he spends like 2-3 hours a day playing.
Legos don't really count
This is what I figured. Although I never really believed the 2-3 hours a day thing anyway. It just sounded too crazy to me. Although it's Chris so anything's possible.DangDirtyTrolls said:Why doesn't Lego count? It's made as a toy for children, after all. GrandNumberOfPounds said:This is probably unanswerable, but I wonder if Snyder met with a lawyer (if you're running a business, you need a lawyer) to discuss what he should do about Chris after the 10/28 incident. Snyder may not have been so easy on Chris out of the kindness of his heart but rather did it as a calculated move to get Chris out of his hair without looking bad. After all, Snyder just wanted Chris out of his life and to make Chris pay for the damage he did. There was no point being vindictive.
There was a thread in "what if" that reminded me that I wanted to ask this question.
