  • 🐕 I am attempting to get the site runnning as fast as possible. If you are experiencing slow page load times, please report it.
So far as I can tell, not only won't it make them money, but people forced to use their absolutely shit-tier official client just won't, except the most worthless of redditors, i.e. the very people who make it impossible to get advertisers and will scare off any IPO with their up front depraved perversions, pedophilia, and other vile behavior, while the third party app makers will just shut down.
The only people it's really bothering are the power users with no life whatsoever and would happily be culled from reddit use-age in the grand scheme of things. It really is a win-win for people everywhere.

You know how I can tell their comment is fake (not as in you faked it, but as in they're bullshitting)? They removed their citation.

If only a Farmer could become the mod of Trans Support/Help, then they could provide real help to all of the people with one simple message of "Stop being a faggot lol." That alone could save countless lives.

Can you explain it to me like a 'tard? I don't think I got it, sorry
When you click on a comment with the Reddit Enhancement Suite extension installed, it numbers every link in the comment in square brackets after the link. There's also no asterisk after the timestamp, which means that the comment wasn't edited. RES is definitely installed because the selected comment is blue and there is a save-RES link below the comment.

Apparently, blue city subs are going to start censoring crime, urban decay, homelessness, looting, etc. cases because a poster has either a history of posting only negative stories to the cities sub or might not be a resident of the city.

First, this is just burying their heads in the sand.

Second, LA is one of the biggest cities in the US. How do they know a poster does not visit the city regularly, have family in the city, have business / investments in the city, or has temporarily relocated (military, job, college)?

Third, this creates a self selection issue. A person that is liberal or progressive might not even know about the issue. If you post too many crime stories then you risk being banned. If grew up there and moved out (but might move back or have and attachment to the place) banned.

Forth, this shit will never be applied to progressives. If there is a negative story about right wingers commiting crime, you could get a person posting on how they moved to Europe decades ago shitting on the red state and it's allowed.
>right wing trolls are making our city look bad!
The sheer fucking delusion. LA is openly a piece of shit for the entirety of the population unless you are some Beverly Hills .1%. Same for every metropolitan area in the US. But the retards who live there are so entrenched in activism they deserve it. Type of person who will call for defunding the police while they hear gunshots at 2am, just completely low IQ morons. And of course plebbit would rather believe in delusion instead of accepting harsh realities and trying to fix them (that requires effort)
The reason why cities are so bad isn’t even the obvious drugs and homeless, if you’ve interacted with them you know they are basically feral humans and have little control over their own actions. But these faggot liberals making every excuse, blaming nahtzees instead of the democrats ruining everything. Things never get better because the people who could make a difference just buy into propaganda and ask for seconds.

Rate me mati, Redditors are subhuman, I won’t say which city I live in but it’s a nightmare because of these fucking faggots.

One of Reddit's most notorious jannies got banned and he threw a shit-flinging tard tantrum in the Reddit mod slack.

For context on who Awkward the Turtle is and why this mongoloid getting banned is especially funny, this video gives a quick overview.

He's currently whining to John Oliver on Twitter hoping to get some coverage for his ban.

because everyone you're moderating has the grammar skills of a 1st grader and being around them so much brings your skills down to their level

This guy seems to be somewhat well adjusted. Yeah you could make it out to be a red/blue issue or the fact that the city is where the money is for both crime and opportunity.

I'd say Tumblr was a much larger force in fostering wokeness, and Reddit was a late joiner when everyone else was doing it. Tranny ideology was taking Tumblr by storm at a time when Reddit was still cooming over Ron Paul. In 2016, Reddit's Trump community was prominent and not marginalized, frequently making the front page. By late 2020, of course, all dissent was banned.
Yes, tumblr for young women. Males didn't use tumblr. Do you know any men that used Tumblr? I don't. Tumblr made every city woman a radical feminist.
answer this question. who do you think is more likely to buy a bunch of useless trinkets like funko pops. you know those weird toys that are everywhere but you can't even play with them. they just hang a on a shelf. right wingers or left wingers.
the modern left is ultra consumerist. they buy the most useless junk all day long especially if it has the gay rainbow on it.
they talk about minimalists post capitalism societies.
check out any native american or african tribe, the amish in america.
they all happen to be very conservative and traditional don't they, really weird?
I ponder this a lot, and you're spot on. Every single leftwinger is over-socialized. They relish in what's been shown to them and what gets them socially noticed. We have the most capitalist people here who are the most resistant and angry about what corporate america churns out.
funko pop collectors feel like a lie the Soviet Union invented to show its citizens how stupid Americans are and how inefficient capitalism is. Like a warning about what will happen if they let people make their own decisions instead of having the bureaucracy do it for them. And then the people turned on them because even people who had been raised on communism couldn't believe such an absurd piece of propaganda.
And we can all picture who collects them. Fat, bearded soy guys that post on reddit, adopt new progressive ideas instantly because they never had a spine or personality of their own, that play Magic The Gathering well, well, well, into adult-hood nearly full time. Faggy comic book nerds and the like.

Honestly, one of the things that really ruined post 2019 was the infusion of politics into any subreddits. I remember someone sending me a screenshot of r/doom and the top of the page was a George Floyd reference. The gun subreddits went to shit for the same reason, which is ironic. It went from only talking about guns and gun control to people unironically talking about ousting "racists" from the community. Some moron even tried to pull an r/antiwork on a gun company and they ate it up until he got busted for lying.

It's been there since ~2016 but was creeping before. It has only become more blatant and obvious in recent years. The frontpage is obviously curated, there's no way weird subs like WitchesVsPatriarchy just springs up organically overnight.
