if campcon had any artistic integrity left they should have made 2-3 as a single game they way it should have been.
again, 2 was already complete as it is. most of the cut content of 2 was from the 1.5 version. 3 was made separately after 2 was released.

after 2, capcom was trying to mix up biohazard because they dont know where to go after city wide infection, which resulted to making a game based on feudal japan times, dubbing the project as sengoku biohazard, which turned to Onimusha, which got delayed so much that it moved to PS2 and scrapping the PS1 edition

(some surviving screenshot of the PS1 edition of Onimusha)

then the proposed Saturn port of RE2 was not going well, which transformed to Code Veronica project for Dreamcast. and the Leon game which he explore the Spencer castle turned into Devil May Cry

3 was made as Capcom was panicking that they dont have a game for 1999. so the game was rushed out the door, but still, Capcom made an awesome RE3 game as it is. I find it more enjoyable to replay than 2

The RE3 Remake IMO should of been more open world focused around Raccoon City while Nemesis is looking around, stalking you and actively on your heels while still retaining the choice system and randomized enemies that would give it more play ability. Would be far more dynamic than the mass scripted shit we got.

The only thing so far on RE3 Remake is the Last Escape mod that is bring back a lot of the cut content from OG RE3.

RE3 and Code veronica were always intended to be made and released. RE3 was supposed to be a short spin off to fill the release schedule while CV was supposed to be RE3. Capcom had signed a 3 mainline games deal with Sony so RE3 got the RE3 name to complete the contract and CV got labeled the spin off.

Does it stop Jill screaming fuck every 3 seconds?

Why is PC RE4 original 30 gigs on steam?

Says the minimum amount is 15GB on the store page.

As for why it's so big? No idea but they did introduce the Enigma Protector DRM that is actually worse than Denuvo for frame rates. It doesn't prevent mods or cheats and has already been cracked (It's already been cracked long ago anyways)

Some retard at Capcom for whatever reason decided to set up Enigma for many old games on steam including Dino Crisis (And some of these old games are already on GOG DRM Free) I believe the only time they removed it was for RE Revelations and that's because the major dip in performance was bad enough to warrant a massive backlash that they couldn't play it. And that's not even talking about how shady the DRM company is too.

That poll is being botted by 4chan. It was live for 2 days before it was first posted on /v/ on March 4th. At 16:23 Sherry had 9.4% (433) of 4,604 votes, at 18:10 she had 9.8% (460) of 4,692 votes, and by 20:20 she had 46% (3,686) of 8,014 votes. Jumping from 6% growth to 800% is obviously inconsistent and suspicious.

Update: IGN reset the poll yesterday. Sherryfags are crying foul and falsely claiming their votes were moved to Ada. As of 20:15 poll is at 66,780.

This came shortly before the poll reached 1 million after bots were generating 10s of thousands of votes per hour.

Man, that is my (and Im guessing of many) greatest complaint about RE3R. Original RE3 is my favorite "classic" RE exactly because you explore the city itself! When 3 came out and you were walking around the deserted town where zombies and mutated freaks lurked around at night time? I couldn't be happier; that was EXACTLY what I was looking for in a "zombie game". I love RE1 and 2 but 3 just nailed my interest so much it will forever be my go-to for the classic trilogy. I was very excited for RE3R and bought it on release. Needless to say, the first 2 hours are my favorite.

What a shame. Sure, its highly replayable and all that, and I enjoyed the mode where new enemies are added here and there, but its a real bummer knowing how much it was cut from the OG.

I finished RE4 again, I remember thinking normal mode was hard, so this time I went and did professional, honestly the game still holds up really well...
…Is what I would say before I got to the Island, man what a complete nosedive in quality, just ballbuster room after ballbuster room.

Very excited to see how this will turn out, was disappointed when I heard how much was cut in the Remake

The only correct choice really is Claire, with Ada close behind. I also think it'd be funny if Leon just has a wife that has like no ties to anything whatsoever, just a complete no name.

Though, the trve and honest choice above all is Hunnigan.

We have pictures of two nuclear bombs hitting Japanese cities. We can see the damage they do.

Racoon city doesn't even look that damaged. They clearly took earthquake ruins not explosion ruins.

He shot the other 4 into The Girl and threw her the gun as a last ditch thing.
Holy mother of autism.
Everything that has been leveled was made of wood.
The picture you linked shows one concrete building still standing.
You literally disproved yourself.

May I remind you that he's still on duty?

Imagine if Resident Evil Apocaly"X"icopacabana or whatever it'll be called comes out and hes married with fucking OvulAshley or "Helena from Resident Evil 6" :story:

RE3R felt like a golden chance to experience the initial stages of the outbreak, build up the tension until Nemesis shows up. Instead one moment she's sitting in her room with everything seeming normal, then complete chaos. In fact Leon's opening in Requiem did a much better job in just a few minutes of depicting the chaos.

And yet Racoon city is still full of yellow painted wood holding up several tons of concrete until leon shoots a small hole in it with a pistol. :story:

RE6 doesn't work on the Steam deck. The default protons don't play the movies. I used protontricks to install WMP11 as the guides recommend and they still didn't play. Using an older version of proton makes them play but they freeze and speed up. They're verified working games but don't work. I think Capcom changed the DRM and broke them all over again after they used to work.

This is why you always pirate this shit, not pay for it. Thank god I have all these old versions backed up somewhere.

Does RE9 still have yellow paint? Well then, I rest may case, it is a game made for retards, enjoyed by retards. Not for me, I will just replay RE4(or even 5/REV/REV2) again instead.

The ironic thing is he didn't even play Monster hunter or he would know the filter doesn't change the boss. It turns the small spiders into slimes, but the large boss spider isn't filtered at all.

So giant spiders are okay, but also not okay?

The big boss isn't Just Literally a Spider so honestly it doesn't bother me.

The giant re9 Just Literally a Spider fucks me up.

I just modded it into some floating pants and we're all good.

4 legs, almost all the Spooders in MH have 4 legs.
That's because in Japanese, or Nihongo as they say, 4 is Shi, which is close to the character for death. That makes 4 a very scary number. Sugoi kowai. While an 8, turned sideways, looks like boobs, which is the opposite of scary. That is why Quelagg from Dark Souls has 8 legs, they're symbolic of the fact that she has boobs.

Not to mention the concrete structure built during that time would be weaker than the structure of most American buildings in the 1990s. In 1940's Japan it would be pure concrete. Primarily because steel in Japan was dogshit. In America we would fortify our concrete with several layers of steel and because we're American and weren't really corposlopped to being fully enshittified in the 1990s, (and the buildings would most likely be the 50s/60s anyway), it would come at a time where our steel and concrete were peak in the world. Or in other words. A large portion of Raccoon City would in fact, survive a nuke.
