The forum is big and people here are motivated to see it continue. A few hundred people giving $100-$500 makes a big dent, add that to the few dozen who are going to give $1000+ and Josh will be there pretty quickly. I think a lot of people will be donating multiple times as they find more spare money to throw in the pot. Personally, I pledged what I know I can spare, but most likely it will be more. For myself perhaps double. There is no way to tell until Josh gets the fundraising site up and people start putting money to their words, but the enthusiasm has been high.

I predict the war chest reaches $125k before fundraising ends. May this be the first lawsuit of many.
No doubt motivation is high.
Personally I never pay money for anything, not content creators on patreon or other sides or online services. But this forum is something I want to survive so that must mean something at least.

Or if we use 1,294 instead of 2200

Many however pledged hundreds, sometimes thousands of dollars.
I wager most people would pledge around 20 and 10$ with a few in the hundreds and even fewer in the thousands.
But I believe after seeing the posts here and the numbers that the goal will be reached at least.

If Keffals can grift 100k why can't Josh grift 75k?

I personally can't really relate to living in fear constantly.
Me neither. What is the government going to do, exactly? If it ever gets so bad that you are prosecuted for donating to a legal fund at Western Union, you are probably on the brink of civil war already anyway, where anonymity is the least of your concern.

Anyway, I would love to donate as a snownigger living in Norway.

I mean if you want total anonymity, like you're trying to traffic state secrets, you're going to need to use crypto and you need to know you cannot earmark crypto for any purpose.
If you want to contribute specifically to the escrow and are comfortable showing your face in a post office (with government cameras, i.e. not "total anonymity"), you can do that in a way which is very private.

There's nothing criminal about donating to a legal fund, payment processors are the most secure things on the planet specifically designed for banking, and I personally can't really relate to living in fear constantly.
So would a Money Order be good and secure then? I'm not 100% certain how a money order works beyond "It's like a check but it's guaranteed by a bank since the money is withdrawn when you make it"

Would they be secure that deranged troons can't figure out who donated?

I was just gonna write a check. Honestly, not all that worried about being doxed from a check written to “Attorney Snoopy McScooby.”
made out to Leonard "J." Crabs, specializing in auto accidents, pensions, divorces, internet defamation, and something he only refers to as "mangosteen law."

People are talking about doxing like a tranny will find out your post history from a check or money order. Unless you put your username on the fucking check or are already doxxed then there is no real connection. The government already knows you visit this site and they know your full post history.

I have never in my life given any money to any person or website for nothing in return. I came close for a drunk lawyer before the fall, but thank god I didn't. I will likely just fill out a check or money order like this. Nothing will tie it back to my account if a tranny gets the record. Unless you work for a super progressive that has a drag day every month you won't get fired for supporting a gossip site.

yes mate. money orders are "good and secure".
So when you set this up I can just mail a physical money order to an address? Can I put my user ID in the memo and get True and Honest? Or is this going straight to the attorney and you won't be able to see something like that?

Or should I send it to your current PO BOX instead?

It's very frustrating to see how many people are like "yeah we're ride or die niggas but only if this shit can't be traced back to me like i'm buying children on wayfair naw sayin".

And then the kicker, "no I won't buy crypto wtf that's for criminals but yeah i'm willing to use my credit card it just has to be totally government proof".

For what it's worth if the payment processors weren't bitches I'd slap this shit on my credit card as my one monthly purchase with it. As is though I'll settle for mailing a check or getting off my lazy ass and learning crypto. (And so should you, person reading this, if your freedom to say what you want online isn't worth stepping outside your comfy insulated bubble then you don't deserve it to begin with.)

I liked the idea of having a shirt/merch run. Making a raw donation would be a bit harder to incentivize, but overpriced shirts are a nice way to set a target goal per contribution while also providing something in return. I would wear it with pride to my America day festivities.
I am personally donating money for revenge (although Null’s cause is righteous so he would be pursuing justice, not revenge).
Very widespread in modern society is the search for “fulfillment.” But we think that for the majority of people an activity whose main goal is fulfillment (that is, a surrogate activity) does not bring completely satisfactory fulfillment. In other words, it does not fully satisfy the need for the power process. (See paragraph 41.) That need can be fully satisfied only through activities that have some external goal, such as physical necessities, sex, love, status, revenge, etc.

yes mate, the escrow will have a physical mailing address.

Yeah I would throw something in the pot.

You should try to add as much non-tangible value as you can to your Warbonds though, stickers, achievements, titles... and do something physical for top tiers like signed certificates.

I would also like to point out that you can't use popular crowd source platforms and you are going to need some sort of UI to track progress. People don't want to donate into a black hole, they want to feel like the effort will succeed and you want them to follow the process so they will donate again in the final push

I'm a bit torn on it tbh. If it were just me attached to my name, I'd donate under my full real name with no concern for my dox. I used to use a common, non-throw away username of mine here because I didn't give a shit.

Issue is, I'm married now and I don't know that its fair to ask my wife to risk having her life ruined by troons and trannies just because I'm willing to take that sacrifice. That said, I probably will donate regardless, because I think KF is important.

I found this place because of the Zoosadist leaks. I lurked through Ritenhouse, and I've become quiet fond of the users here. I wouldn't see this place destroyed if I can help it.

-- but I'm Russian, crypto exchanges will just steal the money
Never happened to me when I exchanged the money whether it was for the previous donations or for personal purposes like renewing my VPS. As long as you use some reputable non-KYC exchange like Localmonero/Agoradesk, the worst thing that could happen is your bank's anti-fraud bot calling you and asking to confirm the transaction.
