Rick and Morty Griefing Thread - Now With 300% More Incest!

It just now occurs to me how much sex activity Rick has with/around his grandchildren. He took his granddaughter on that "the planet is exploding, lets all fuck" adventure. And boob world. And the Unity episode. Even the Atlantis thing.

Regarding the newest episode - Is it possible to try so hard at being meta that you stop being self aware?
I am writing this on a website dedicated to spergs making fun of other spergs on the internet. I am self aware.

Okay the Summer pregnancy was just an opening gag. But the episode was just boring, why the fuck you would resurrect one of the shittiest episode from two seasons ago?
Also the Jesus joke was just this:

The whole episode felt like Dan Harmon was masturbating directly on my face.

I didn't actively hate the episode like I hated the Beth episode, but it was very tiresome.

nothing to do with this shit but dan harmond was easily the worst part of the already bad back to the future doc

Holy shit the new episode was do bad I actually had to check the time left only to find there's half of the episode left. It's not only boring, but it is crammed with references to other terrible episodes. The only good thing is that it has no overt incest.

Getting caught up.

The dinosaur episode was good solid fun.

My pick for worst episode of R&M was the story train episode...so naturally they had to do a follow up that tripled down on meta humor. It was annoying then and it's annoying now.

The Pisstaker episode had a nice concept and good core story but I didn't like including the therapist character again, and the ending totally ruined the story.

WTF was that last episode? What kind of arc were they going for with Rick? Why bring back the therapy? What drugs are they on?

Another classic Rick & Morty season of where the writers can't decide if they want to be meta all the time or actually have a story. It could just be me but it all seems very jarring and conflicted.

Here's a clip from season 6, episode 12 of Community, another show made by Dan Harmon. Probably just a coincidence.

"I'm not telling you how to feel about incest"

Yes, yes you are since you promote a study that essentially says, "Oh, it's not THAT bad if it's cousins".

NO. Incest is FAR from harmless. Birth defects aside, there is so much emotional and psychological damage that goes into it, and it is VERY naive to think there's nothing wrong with it. I cannot begin to imagine how the normie masses who watch these shows that promote this are going to be affected; the more it's portrayed on TV, which the majority of people in the first world watch, the more people are going to be less rightfully revolted by it. It is repulsive beyond words.

Last episode was bad.

Rick is a bitch and acting completely out of character.

Yet another "dicks are the most important thing to men" morale episode. Nevermind that earlier in the season we established that dicks can be replaced with prosthetics., one guy literally has a machine that can reconstruct limbs (in the same episode).

So this last episode...

Morty has to cut off his dick for the greater good...something that Jerry went through way back in Interdimensional Cable II.

They had Morty make decisions that made things increasingly worse...something they've done several times in past seasons (Mr. Jelly Bean episode, Goodbye Moonmen episode, etc.)

And they are back to portaling in and out of trouble, completely undoing the effects of last season's finale.

Forget the noticeable drop in quality. Is Rick and Morty getting stale and boring?

They sort of realized that they went too far in season three making Rick unlikable and have been slow walking back his unlikability for a while.

Also, Dr Wong was popular in that she's one of the few characters who calls Rick out on his bullshit and gets away with it without any real consequences, which makes her a rarity on a show where Rick routinely gets away with literal murder.

The Pissmaster storyline was to show Rick trying to do good/help redeem Pissmaster's legacy out of guilt that doing nothing led to Pissmaster killing himself when a literal nobody like Jerry beat the shit out of him/video of the beating going viral. Rick gets away with it and successfully turns the family against Jerry, only to fuck it up because he can't throw out his "trophy" (Pissmaster's suicide note) and the fact that his guilt in causing Pissmaster to kill himself/not being able to save him, led to him confessing it to Morty, who also showed character growth by snitching on Rick, stealing his "victory" and making everyone miserable in a "no good deed goes unpunished" sort of way.
