I assumed Bob is basically one of the Boomers from Left 4 Dead and you should clear out when he dies because he's going to explode.

I like how Bob claims he's a "fast draw" and has been since the Boy Scouts. For one, skills atrophy if you don't spend time practicing and improving upon them. Two- I must have missed the merit badge for advanced combat shooting that Bob so obviously has.

A scout probably (and in Mass, this is a big maybe) spent some time with pellet guns and .22s. Maybe shotguns. Of which only the basics transfer over to combat shooting.
