There can be no room for deviation or "creative vision"; it is a rigorous method of execution that must be followed to the letter. Bob, meanwhile, believes that systems are neutral and that the failing lies with the deficient moral character of the people that inhabit them. Therefore, he argues, we need to populate these systems with “the right people” for the betterment of humanity.
The latter belief, ironically enough, is traditionally a right-wing position. So it makes sense why Bob constantly comes into conflict with leftists online who recognize it as such.
