That is not a single politician, Florida campaign finance restrictions do not allow a donation of that size to a single candidate. It is at minimum three and most likely closer to seven politicians involved based on the text on the chart. And literally none of these donations were because of the Don't Say Gay bill as all predated the bill. Bob, of course, never asks why Jeff Bezos would seemingly donate to a single politician for the Don't Say Gay bill rather than the company rewarding politicians who have assisted Amazon in some way.
