Speaking of Batman, I've noticed this a lot with his female villains (namely Catwoman, Harley Quinn, and Poison Ivy). No, I'd say Pattinson proves it, albeit not with Rowling. His small role in HP was only his second, but his major breakout role was in the Twilight series, a role that introduced him to the insanity of horny wine aunts and teenagers. The series as a whole didn't reach the heights of the HP series, but it certainly did well ($3.3 billion gross over five films compared to $7.8 billion over eight). But he managed to escape being typecast as a prettyboy that girls would swoon over and focus on a pretty strong career afterwards, taking on roles in more adult, serious fare by and large, with the occasional blockbuster more recently. I think that if Tenet had come out in a normal year, it very well could have done better than any of the Twilight films, and The Batman certainly has the potential to now that people are increasingly fine with heading to theaters again. So maybe he owes his initial success to Stephanie Meyer, but he's worked hard since then to make a name for himself, almost doing a second career launch to end up where he is today. He certainly hasn't shied away from how much he hates Twilight, though I don't know if he's said anything bad about Meyer personally.

There's a mod for the game Hearts of Iron IV that's called "The New Order: Last Days of Europe." The mod depicts an alternate history where Hitler won WW2, and to placate Himmler, he gave Himmler western Europe. Himmler would go on to forge the state of Burgundy, a place so awful even Hitler calls Himmler out on it. Burgundy is very much like Bob's ideal society, right down to continuously exterminating the undesirables ("purging the rot," as the game would say.) Hell, Burgundy plans to nuke the rest of the world while hiding its people in bunkers, so the Aryan race will be the only race left on the planet- much like how Bob wants to obliterate the Obsolete.
