I think "rare" should be a keyword in the abortion debate. Even as a Christian I think the total ban on abortion is neither humane nor beneficial, but the procedure are not to be thought as an alternative to contraception or, worse, as a form of "empowerment" like Lindsay Ellis apparently thinks. Also a Tim Pool stan has several orders of magnitude more brain cells than a Bob Chipman stan.
That a procedure is part of health care doesn't mean it should not be legally regulated. Indeed one can argue that abortion should be put under stringent legal oversight because it is part of health care. BTW Bobby is anything but a "positivist": rather he is a moral emotivist.

Given Bob's incessant tweeting and his tendency to say the same things over and over, you'd almost expect him to say shit like this more often. But it seems to take something that he really takes offense to for him to let the mask slip entirely and say what he really means. Trump's election was certainly one (though I didn't even know who he was at that point, might not even have been lurking the farms yet), and the Lindsay Ellis "gaslighting" debacle was another. And now we're blessed with full-throated EugenicsBob once more as he makes the not-very-subtle demand to forcibly eliminate everyone he thinks is stupid.
If it weren't for that bluecheck, Bob would've been booted from Twitter years ago. As it stands, I can't help but wonder if Elon might have some thoughts about the privileges bluechecks have and whether some of them are abusing their power a bit too much. Like someone upthread said, Bob losing his Twitter would probably kill this thread's momentum, but it might be worth the schadenfreude it would cause. Hell, I'll settle for him losing his bluecheck status; we can keep enjoying his stupidity while he seethes at being superior no longer.

I doubt it was Ketanji Brown, if only because I don't think she's yet in a position to do something like this. Speculation is pointing toward clerks for Sotomayor and Breyer who have connections to people involved with the article. Of the Justices themselves, the only one I can see doing it is Sotomayor, largely because I've long been of the opinion that she's by far the stupidest member of the Court.
Don't know about disbarred ... but they can be impeached.

Abortion has never been "fully legal across the U.S." not even after Roe. And Roe has yet to be overruled (except by Casey, which also has yet to be overruled) and even if it was I'd be skeptical about Bob's ability to live to see abortion being "fully legal" when every country on Earth and every State in the Union restricts it and many pro-choice people oppose the practice in one way or another.
Hate speech isn't illegal though. Like abortion, free speech is a right protected outside of most of the democratic process. You should be honest and just say that you want to repeal the First Amendment so people can be imprisoned for their speech. (Or like Bob, argue that it should only apply to 2% of the population that agrees with the government.)
