Has he ever used the argument that censorship isn't censorship if it's not done by a government? I never understood how that works especially when lobbying exist and some big corporations do have political influence. The line seems arbitrary to me.Also "protest" isn't speech when the protest involves hurling glass bottles at people with different opinions than you.
People forget the First Amendment also includes the right to peaceful assembly, meaning the government can't shut down your rallies or protests (or stand idly by while a gang of masked thugs shut it down instead).
