"Obsolete pollution factories" are they? If not for sweatshops in China how would you get your plus-plus-plus-size video game t-shirts?

I'm beginning to see him having such privileged upbringing that he thinks everything literally comes out of ATM machines.

It doesn't count if he doesn't have to inhale the smoke. The Superior Future doesn't care about some inferior slaves overseas in African factories.

Again, he has such a bizarre view of the world that it's almost like OPL in that regard.
"Those dang, dirty Trump voters living in the meth deserts and obsolete pollution factories! Oooh, they give me some prickly-wicklies, I tell you what!"
CWC-isms, meet Bob-isms.

why would anyone call Ant-Man substantive? its pretty much the definition of disposable entertainment.

Ant-Man is one of the more interesting Marvel movies because it's heavily character focused and is as much a heist story as it is a superhero one, which is kinda different. To Bob that makes it more "substantive," which, really, none of the Marvel movies are, except perhaps Guardians of the Galaxy, which is more due to being James Gunn films than it is due to them being Marvel movies.

What's really curious about this is that if Bob is willing to criticize this film at all, it tells me it's either a gigantic lump of shit or it's challenging in a way Bob reallllllly doesn't like.

Oh please. We all know Bob has already placed it on his best films of 2017 list.
"Don't address me like we're pals."

Dude said "Bob."

Me: And what benefit does sperging in front of a green screen and talking about Mahval serve?
Bob: "Art will still be around after America falls!"
Me: But are you making it?
Bob: "..."

I wonder if he'll be in an 'obsolete' (productive) industry one day, huh?

He's just mad they didn't cater to the fantasy he built up the minute Marvel "got back" the Spider-Man rights, where they would re-cast Toby Macguire as Peter Parker and retroactively make the Raimi trilogy part of the MCU.

It might still be on the table for Tobey to return. If you read the leaked Sony emails one of the ideas they were planning for their cinematic universe was "The Amazing Spider-Man vs Spider-Man" which had Andrew and Tobey teaming up followed up by "Spider-Man 4". Depends if Marvel Studios tells them to fuck off with that concept or not.

Also it's surprising that Bob DOESN'T like MCU Peter and calls him a superior version for the changes they did to the character's high school years. Instead of an awkward nerdy guy with no friends who has to be a man to provide for his poor aunt and himself, the MCU version is well off thanks to "Uncle" Tony Stark and goes to a big school for super geniuses where he has a quirky racially diverse group of other well off super geniuses as friends. Did Bob forget he hates the working class and loves the elites?
