I tend to think Bob is, on some level, aware of what a useless bucket of shit he is, and is overflowing with self-hatred that manifests as the bitter, sardonic, unbearable loathing he demonstrates toward practically everyone who disagrees with him about nearly everything. What you see in his hilariously overstated despising of Trump voters is a reflection of how much he hates himself -- wouldn't you, having to look at that oafish face and bloated body in the mirror every morning? Knowing you're almost 40 and you waste all your time on childish diversions and "film criticism" that is not only totally irrelevant but barely even acknowledged to exist?

Either that or he's a legit psychopath. I'm 50/50.
