Fyi: it is perfectly and easily possible to achieve a vacuum seal with a single Ziploc and a sink full of water. That Bob thought duct fucking tape would be necessary at any point in this process suggests two things:

1. The absolute fucking mess that was his kitchen when attempting an uncommon but simple prep step
2. His abundance of unearned pride or lack of intelligence (maybe both) to Google "how to vacuum seal for cooking"

You are probably correct on the results picture, given that most hot sauce is mostly vinegar. He left a chicken, an already tender meat, bathing in vinegar for three days. I bet this thing fell apart as he pulled it out of the bag

If this worked as intended... why? You'll taste only hot sauce, why waste a whole chicken when frozen nuggies will taste exactly the same with this blatant overseasoning?
