I remember MovieBob saying in one of his X-Men movie reviews that he identified with Magneto because he felt superior to other kids in High School because they "feared" him because he was always able to show how much smarter he was than them. Similarly, in his review of Sherlock Holmes, he said the fact that he was always showing the other students how much "smarter" he was than they were made him unpopular.
