Bob's great at throwing stones in glass houses. I wouldn't mind 5G, but right now it completely sucks and I wouldn't trust a Chinese company to install it all around the world. The amount of work setting up 5G and its minimal to zero return in a speed boost and Huawei wanting to install it means it's completely dead in the water, ESPECIALLY during a pandemic of Chinese origin.

Bob is nearly 40. By that age, even a literal sociopath has figured out that his opinions are distressing to most people. And even if one feels not the slightest shred of empathy, in the interest of maintaining one's employment, social standing, and general life comfort, it would be a good idea to Perform Empathy i.e. parrot the prevailing opinion on the innate value of human life.
