Cancelling him would require people to acknowledge him, and that's not something people want to put on themselves. And people know Bob doesn't really have the following to feel being cancelled, and they know how much of a stalking creep he is. Blob is impervious to cancelling.

Really old by now but I forgot something relating to Bob's unwillingness to actually think, back when people were discussing the origin of the bow as a weapon used by female warriors he didnt even take into account the why of the "where and why", he just said ancient Greece without any thought to the ideas or beliefs of the time. Looking at female characters today who fight with more ornate weapons like metal fans or small blades on wires and who are almost always fragile but tricky or how female fighters were almost always kickers and leg focused has interesting implications to dig through and this moron just says "duh greece stop thinking google greece, see if its greek you fucking morons trying to have a thought"
its a really minor point and kind of petty to remember but hes part of a larger problem of people seeing history as a set of dry facts and not the same world but in the past with all the complexities and things to uncover leading us to today. you can find out a lot about how people thought and think and make more sense of why things happened, happen and will happen by delving into bits of culture like that. Looking at gambling in the 19th century was fascinating and showed bits of their thought process that just doesnt appear in a dry list of all the crimes whitey committed and feel bad for minorities, same with dueling

Do you think Bob might ever an hero himself? I'm not saying that like it is a good thing, but Blob is getting older, doesn't have a house of his own, a spouse, successful career, or even his health. I know the standard response is 'he's too arrogant' but look at his diet; he is doing it already at a much slower pace. If he loses his job and youtube or Twitter dies, making him have to start over, I could see him considering a belly flop off a bridge in his old Mario outfit.
