Not surprised. Not surprised at all. I am wondering why he didn't get it sooner though, given that he was probably fat for the longest time and all.

Some people may develop it just late in life.
That said, he will be severely screwed in case he likes to eat cinnamon buns or anyting with cinnamon. Why? Cinnamon actually reduces blood sugar levels to a certain degree (which some doctors do not know about) and in case of a diabetic person can become dangerous. A friend of mine, who did not know that and has diabetes 2, actually ate just a few cinnamon cookies one day at a christmas party and it lowered his blood sugar levels that much, he fainted. Survived, but still.

From the New York Post Editorial Board:
The New York Post said:
For nearly two decades, “South Park” has lambasted . . . everything. The cartoon’s raw satire offends left, right and center; all races and religions — and atheists, too. But some are just too dense to get it.
. . .
Film critic Bob Chipman whined that creators Matt Stone and Trey Parker have “slowly morphed into the Trump of TV comedy.”
It all proved Parker and Stone right.

Most of these asshats never before commented on South Park, even though it has a long history of problematic behavior, mainly being actually funny sometimes.

Only when it called them out personally did they suddenly realize they ought to get butthurt.

It is the stuck pig that squeals.

What's funny is that despite the show's tendency to make jokes about truly unspeakable things, it's actually way more progressive than any of the people who criticize it for being ignorant. It's shown people that are ordinarily a commodity to SJWs like the handicapped and people of color in very relatable and tasteful ways. Sure they constantly make racist and insensitive jokes, but none of the cast treat characters like Token or Timmy any differently than they do anyone else. In fact, they even mock people for trying to get people to treat them differently. And what have people like Bob done for equal rights? Oh right, make a nearly half hour long video screaming about how an Adam Sandler movie is blasphemous to video games.

Seriously? The New York Post is quoting Bob now? Really?

It must be a reaaaaaaally slow day.

They're quoting him to make fun of him.

As well as the "comedian" Peter Coffin line.

I suppose it could be argued it's giving these bozos undue emphasis, but Chipman was among those squealing that the episode may have even directly mocked.

If Bob gets desperate for money I have an idea for a new series he can do.

I just imagined a DSP/Moviebob special episode: Phil lamenting about gout, money and Fukin' Kojima,Bob speaking about diabetes,Social Justice and Mario while both full their bellies with shitty food.
It's a pretty nasty thing to imagine,if You ask me wow
Sounds like they would have a good time as long as they didn't go to an Asian restaurant. DSP would have to make a "chicky chang wang" joke and that would probably trigger Bob.

And hopefully the Asians in the restaurant will beat him up afterwards, Wuxia style

Looks like Anita's been issuing marching orders. Can't believe I gave this prick so many views in the past.

Originally Bob wasn't as bad as he is now when he started. But after the Mass Effect 3 controversy and the idiotic plot in the episodes, he began to descend into horrible territory.

Technically speaking, its John Macintosh who issues the orders. Anita is just the sock puppet he uses to issue them.

What happened with Mass Effect 3? I know the game's ending super sucked ass and all that, but how did that affect ChimpoutChipman's style and everything?
