I am not talking about the people making the memes, but the retarded fanbase who are taking it 100% seriously on twitter (of course).
I did see a bunch of people shitting on Jaune for yelling at her, ignoring everything he’s been through and her belittling of him right before he snapped.

Can’t wait to see how everyone is all friends again in the next three episodes.
Unironically the best thing they could do is keep an angry and detached Ruby into the next volume. If that even happens. But really, have her just outright kill Neo, and still leave pissed off and defeatist back to Remnant.

I think the reason it feels like she is homophobic is because it isn't animated like she is manic and angry, she is disgusted. Every look is abject disgust and hatred. It's based.

One can only hope at this point.

I mean, wasn’t that the point of the scene?

Actually, I’m worried she’s going to end up doing something to Jaune that keeps him from coming back to the real world while the show paints it as a good thing.

Because we’re three episodes from the end of the season and she still doesn’t know Jaune assisted-suicided Penny. Which means it’s going to be used as some kind of big reveal at a dramatic moment. And she’s not exactly in a good mood atm, and Jaune just lost the thing that made him want to keep living for a long number of years.

Oh yeah, it’s the traditional multi car pile up that’s the end of the volume now.

There's also an actual through line of "We're supposed to be sisters and you never talked about this shit with me even once? Or as a team leader?"

That could be a good direction, but considering how they handled the Yang PTSD arc, I think we know how this is going to end.

im not even going to try to explain my reasoning because i dont have one but i really do not like the rat character, it's pretty harmelss for "useless side characters added to a volume with no payoff", but i genuinely don't like it. maybe someone else has more of an answer to what is so offputting about them or maybe its just my autism.

i really hope its not something like an asspull alex's reincarnated brother, because i genuinely have no other idea why it's still part of the main crew. if the cat can take them to the tree, or jaune (if they can convince his crazy ass i guess) , why did we even need the rat character at all? they don't even know what to do with this character half the time so they just gave it the trait of being basically a narcoleptic so they don't have to worry about it when they don't need it for filler dialogue lmao

how the fuck are they gonna wrap up this arc in 10 episodes when we're already so close to the end? are we seriously getting out of wonderland in like 3 episodes?

Because it only has one joke and that's just repeating how pointless it is in a volume that's already starving for screentime.
