its like they took the worse aproach on anything in this fucking game
 
Will they even have custom soundtracks? At least GTA did that right.

Only thing I can say is that KRS-One is still making money off his classic hit, yet it’s ironic that it is in a game that not even the police would take seriously.

I feel like I'm the one person who liked the easy listening station in SR2. In a way it gave Stilwater a little more character because I imagined its primary listening base would be older people who feel misplaced in a college town.

Can we just go back to Stilwater? (:_(

Nothing wrong with that. Saints Row 2 has a godtier soundtrack, on par with Gta4.

I fucking wish we can return to Stillwater but we needed to go a fucking desert for some reason. I would've preferred a setting similar to Miami or Chicago to be honest.

Part of me is surprised that Sound of da Police is part of this reboot's soundtrack. Another part of me isn't, mainly because of its subject matter.

Good song, don't get me wrong.
 
I was kicking around the idea of buying it when it went on sale out of morbid curiosity but the early gameplay showed me that the writing really is THAT bad. That, and a neutered character creator where it's practically impossible to create anything remotely attractive with the five preset brown lumps they let you work with have completely turned me off.

I bought Cyberpunk for PS5 instead. Which might sound equally as dumb, but is actually a pretty entertaining game now that it's patched.

Point is, there's so many more games out there deserving of your money, even if you might not expect it.

I’ve bought some actual garbage over the years, so when this inevitably hits $5 or less (or get a computer that isn’t a shit box and just pirate the damn thing) I might grab it - look, I like a good dumpster fire, but I’m not going to overpay for a fucking dumpster fire. Might be something mindless enough to play while listening to a podcast.

Worst case, I can try and fuck with the character creator and create a proper Oblivion styled abomination. Lord knows I’ve dumped an autistic amount of hours into Spore over the years doing just that…

I finally got around to beating Cyberpunk a few months ago, but fuck if I can remember literally anything about it. They have it to the point I could play it without crashing though, but the bar was set remarkably low after it’s state on release…

3 and 4 had great shit. Bonnie Tyler, Sublime, The Romantics, Lissy Trullie, Dragonette, etc

I'm not gonna buy this game but it pisses me off they didn't add a radio station like Gen X/Ultor FM from SR1 and 2. I loved driving around to emo rock doing drive-bys.

A new gameplay trailer just came out. Doesn't really tell anything we haven't seen from the previews we've been seeing from let's players and also has a really annoying narrator.
There's also this Mad Max looking nomadic gang that we really haven't seen before in the game as well.

Well, modern caesar's legion with lead females which had not fucking sense in a saint's row game.
At least the gangs in SR2 and SR3 fits more but not this crap, holy fuck.

God, that announcer is cheesy as all hell. I can hardly understand him with his exaggerated accent.

Nothing about this reboot looks original or fun. World looks barren, gangs look cliche, Boss OC is drab, overall tone is "safe" in every way possible.

Boring.
