If this is true I cannot see why anyone would have any pity for Sam and Jet getting their show nuked. That would make two fish they screwed over on Season 3, and two of the most entertaining. If they're not even paying contestants any longer there is no reason Sam and Jet shouldn't get a-logged into submission, its seriously fucked up to just steal 3-4 or 6 weeks of someone's time and not pay them out.

Alex left without being eliminated, that always forfeits your pay. The fact that they offered it at all is actually pretty chill imo.

IIRC, they told the s3 contestants that leaving without being eliminated forfeits your fishbucks only. I'm also pretty sure that every member of s3 was paid a day rate, even the ones who left on their own. The only exceptions are Alex B, and Burt who was just paid a flat 15k for everything, and only after a few weeks of people harassing the wiggers for not paying him at all.
